Stayed Jul 30, 2021DO NOT STAY with this company. Sweet Home Vacation, run or own it, doesnt realy matter, they are horrible. They did not deliver on everything I had paid upfront, No pool heater and no BBQ. They will probably try to blame this on a management company but it is there lack of response and overall customer service. They advertise on the waiting message that they manage over 2000 properties but only have one person at the office. Stay away from this company they suck, way to many options in Oralndo. I had call my CC company to fight the charges of the Heater and BBQ becuase they refused.

Stayed Jun 16, 2021Awesome house and neighborhood decent location plenty to do house was well taken care of it does cost extra to heat the hot tub which we didn't know ahead of time but other then that it was a great experience

Stayed May 7, 2021The property manager was non-existent. Nobody gave us the WiFi password nor did they provide the door code. This seemed to be a party house based on the condition. The fridge shelves were broken, blinds was missing at access to pool. There were roaches and the bedding was dirty (we had to wash them before sleeping on them). The pictures online were not accurate.

Stayed Mar 25, 2021Property management very poor and impossible to reach. Broken toilet,light bulbs burned out, garbage not picked up,cleaning crew paid for in advance never showed up,ice maker broken,early check in paid for in advance not done,roaches in kitchen but most of all management company UNRESPONSIVE and IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH!,

Stayed Mar 11, 2021This was an amazingly beautiful place to stay with lots of room . Pretty decent location to get to Walmart and souvenir shops and basically everywhere .

Stayed Sep 13, 2019The house was great. The site said no check in required but you do have to check in to get a parking pass and gate code. Phone service is minimal so make plans to connect through internet if you need to be reached.

Stayed Jul 12, 2019We rented this house for a family reunion and apart from some minor issues, we were pleased with the stay. The rooms were clean and the area was family friendly with the lazy river and pool. There were a couple of minor issues that were known by the management company prior to our check in but we were not informed of. Had we been informed of them we would not have spent our time trying to notify them of the repairs needing to be made. But overall the stay was enjoyed by all.

Stayed Feb 18, 2019Should have read other reviews before booking. Property manager apparently feels that the renters should be responsible for finding problems With a little though this could be a stellar property.
