Magnificent Villa Located In Bellagio

We (3 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Poletti. It is well located in the middle of Lake Como activity and has plenty of room for 6-8 people. The roads are a bit challenging, but we got used to them. I highly recommend this property

Once we found the villa the check in was easy. House was clean and pretty much as advertised. The location is pretty far out of town. You can walk to town but put your life at risk on the road. Getting in and out of the driveway took 3 people. The blind corner was scary.

Emi, the property manager, was helpful and very available. The view from the patio is magical. The only problem....... We couldn't stay longer!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Poletti! It is beautiful and the views over the lake were extraordinary. We celebrated our 39th Anniversary there with friends and family by having a chef from Salice Blu come and prepare an amazing tasting menu for us. It was definitely our best gastronomical experience during our two weeks in Italy. Also, the property was immaculate and extremely well stocked. All in all it was a superb stay!!

Had a wonderful stay at the Villa for 5 days. The view was breathtaking and was just what we needed.

Hiking was great. Beautiful area. Parking is not ideal for a big van.

The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with. They answered all questions and provided a ton of information about the area. Bellagio is very hilly, and the roads are very narrow so be aware of that if you are planning to stay. Otherwise, you could not find a more beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and everyone loved the views. Just stunning. San Giovanni the village on the outskirts of Bellagio was just charming and Nene and Mella restaurants were favorites.

The villa is beautiful and comfortable. Emi the property manager is outstanding!! She goes above and beyond. We had a 9 passenger van we rented from Milan. It was a must. We did walk into Bellagio and it was fine, but we used the van a lot to drive to other villages during our stay. The private chef Danilo they recommended was the BEST decision. We were there one week, he brought lasagne the night we arrived it was delicious. We had him come two other nights, he and his daughter cooked, served, and cleaned everything up. They were delightful. Highly recommend this villa. We had 4 couples, each room had a king size bed and there were 4 bathrooms each with showers.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Emi was very responsive and exceptional. The Villa is a 30 minute to downtown Bellagio, but it’s a nice (sometimes harrowing) walk through the surrounding area. Strongly recommend it!!

Wonderful stay. Emi, property manager, was so easy to work with and very helpful. The views are spectacular. Its a 25 min walk into Bellagio, but there are sidewalks the entire way after the first 200-300 meters out of the villa. You can also take the ferries from San Giovini which is 5 mins down the hill from the house. Perfect with a rental car or great for a group who doesn't mind a short walk up and down the hill. A+
