My family loved this house! There were minor quirks in the stay but they were handled so quickly and efficiently that it was just amazing! When my family can visit again we for sure will!

12 guys on a golf trip, the house was perfect. We had one must and that was each person needed their own bed. Plenty of room with some nice amenities. Ivana the host was wonderful, always quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this house for any large group especially families.

The carpets are very dirty with stains everywhere.It smells like musky/dog.I had to buy spray.The pool sticks are all broke can't play pool.Most of the arcades don't work.Most of the led lights don't work.No cell phone reception.They ask for ac to stay at a hot 75 degrees or higher .Gross shower curtain.toilet not working.Dead bugs never cleaned up.Tv on the back porch doesnt work.broken trash can,back screen door broken.super loud close neighbors.marks all over the walls and theres even more i could name.I have pictures to back all this up.I asked for partial reimbursement the owner would not respond.Not worth the money.my loss.enjoy your stay elsewhere.

First time using Vrbo. The house is fantastic!!!. We were 17 people (14 adults, 3 kids). The rooms were very comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms had towels for everyone and there are plenty in the laundry room. We gathered most of the time in the fully equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee machine, knives, dip bowls, etc), but the home theater area and the game room are great places for the kids and adults, too. The pool area is excellent, but we did not use it. We paid for the heater which did not work for us, so the owner immediately refunded the money. You may be aware that the check out in Vrbo says 11 am, but the house manual indicated 0 am. So per the owner's instruction, we needed to leave by 10 am sharp. The owner messaged me all instructions for check-in and check-out. She is very nice and the communication was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and no noise around so you can enjoy a peaceful place. There is a clubhouse that we did not use, because of time issues. I will definitely book again when I get back to Orlando.

This house was perfect for our family getaway with the kids and grandkids. Rooms were big enough and the common areas were just as large. The check-in was very simple and keyless. The owner and manager were very helpful and attentive to our needs. There were a couple of light bulbs out and they sent the handyman right away and took card of it. The outdoor kitchen was very handy to take on some of the meals and not having to cook that much indoors. The facilities were ok however in comparison to other home resorts the pool/lazy river area was smaller than expected. Linda and Ivana were always available and making sure that we were satisfied. The kids loved the pool and spa and it was large enough for everyone. Will definitely recommend and return as well!
