Luxury villa with sky pool and scenic ocean views, 10 mins from airport

We had the whole building for ourseves. We enjoyed the roof terrace with the pool. And we had wonderful nights of stargazing. The terrace of our apartment was very enjoyable and we had breakfast and lunches with a cooling breeze and beautiful view. Bertrand and Julie were awesome hosts. We rented the car from them (you will definite need car here). Driving on the left in small roads added to our adventure of discovering Saint Lucia and experiencing the real Saint Lucia. They arranged for a fresh tuna to be delivered to us, for an expedition with Reel Time Adventures (caught a 18.7 pound Black Jack fish) and a sunset cruise with Nerv boats and taxis. You will be surrounded by many hummingbirds as well as local birds in the island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Julie and Bertrand were quite amazing with their attentiveness, white glove service and warmth. The house was clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. The rental car was a seamless option, and the hospitality was unparalleled. Thank you for welcoming our family this summer. We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island.

Loved staying here! The rooftop pool and giant speaker were awesome. The whole house was beautiful and so modern. We felt comfortable and safe. Such a plesant and fun stay. Local food spots, beaches, grocery stores, airport all 15 minutes away or less. You have to drive though. They offer a rental car if you need one on the property, which is super convenient. The streets are very steep. Would definitely recommend that you stay here.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was in a very quiet and serene location. The rooftop pool and deck area were fantastic and a highlight. The property was still close enough to visit several areas relatively easily if you rented a vehicle. Also, our concierge Julie was absolutely fantastic and was always on hand to assist us or provide us with suggestions.

The place is beautiful, check in easy, roof top pool a plus, will definitely return. Place is in a developing area, so nothing around but the town and beach is only 2 minutes drive away and great hang out spots in town. Love it.

The house was gorgeous. It looked like it was in Architectural Digest. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. Everything was very tasefully done and the woodwork in the house was stunning. Nice pool on the roof with an incredible view. There are several balconies and each has a view of the water which is a 5 minute drive from the house. Bertrand was extremely helpful. He gave us suggestions and ideas and even brought us fresh coconuts to drink from and sugar cane. He also was able to find time to drive us around the island. Anytime we had a question Bertrand was always accesible, and ready to do anything that would make our stay more comfortable. It felt like we were staying with friends. We will definitely be returning.

Hosts Julie and Bertrand were extremely helpful and responsive. The location and villa are exactly as described, scenic views. We enjoyed playing music on the rooftop, while relaxing or in the pool. The villa had everything we needed and when we wanted to get groceries or go into town, it was easy to manage.

This was our first trip to St. Lucia and found this gem to stay at. A beautiful clean space with lots of outside space. Coffee on the porch each morning and afternoons on the top patio with pool. Views from all directions. Bertrand was very helpful and responsive and Julie was there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to stay at.

We stayed at Sky Luxury Villa for 5 nights. The rooftop pool and patio has an amazing view of Laborie harbour. It is a great location for exploring the southern part of the island with Laborie beach and Rudy John beach a 5 minute drive and several other places and activities a 45 minute drive or less including the sulphur springs and mud bath, Tet Paul Trail, Toraille Falls, Soufriere, Anse Chastelet Beach and Sugar Reef Beach. Julie personally met us at the villa for check in and answered all our questions and provided great suggestions and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend this villa for a stay in the Laborie area.

I had such an amazing first time in St. Lucia for my birthday trip. The host Julie was very welcoming and helpful and responded promptly whenever I had any questions or even needed suggestions. She assisted in any excursions and food recommendations close by and also helpful with us finding anything and assisted us in getting a rental car. I enjoyed my time, from enjoying the sunrise at the pool or even star gazing peaceful on the rooftop. The only minor con is that some days are hot in the living room so keeping the ac going helped balance those hotter moments due to the humidity. I felt safe and enjoyed this space. I loved there was a balcony for each room and living room. For my first time in St. Lucia this was a beautiful treat and a great learning experience of this great island. This place was very welcoming and may require a driver if you’re not fully comfortable driving on the left and on very curvy and diverse roads especially at night but overall a gem. I truly appreciate my stay here and can’t wait to visit again, honestly. Thank you again.

Our group had high expectations for this villa based on the many rave reviews, and while there were certainly positives, our overall experience did not fully align with what we anticipated.To start on a positive note, communication prior to landing in St. Lucia and upon check-in on the first day was excellent. The property manager gave us a full tour of the grounds, helped us settle in, and even took us to the market, which was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, after that initial day, the level of attentiveness noticeably declined.Throughout our stay, some of our planned agenda items needed help due to unexpected changes. We had hoped to rely on the property manager’s local knowledge to help problem-solve and provide guidance, but instead found ourselves needing to conduct our own in depth research and find solutions independently. This diminished the sense of ease and support we expected during our time at the villa.The property itself has much to offer, but the guest experience could be greatly improved with more consistent communication and proactive support from management.

This is an amazing property! Beautiful view. Great pool. The perfect seclusion for me and my wife. Julie picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and to a restaurant. She was available for whatever we needed which really made us not feel alone. Hospitality at its finest! Communication with the owners and instructors were clear. We came to St. Lucia a couple of days early for a wedding at a resort. After a couple of days at the resort we wished we were back at this place!

Bertrand and Julie were amazing. They made our trip easier to handle and inviting as possible. The house is beautifully set up with amazing rooftop views. Laborie village is filled with wondeful people and vibrant shops and restaurants. And the beach is a quiet hidden gem. Thank you so much.

Amazing place and very accomodating hosts

The villa consists of two beautiful bedrooms, both en-suite, a large sitting room and a kitchen area. There are two balconies, a large terrace and a huge rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a terrific, clean and refreshing little pool. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the living room is not, a fan helps but still gets rather warm in there. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything one could possibly ask for. The property is very modern and clean and situated in a quiet and safe area. Having a car is highly recommended. Contact with the renter was very prompt and helpful and the girl who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The views from the rooftop area are truly spectacular with great views of Vieux Fort and the sea. I could not be happier choosing this villa for my first two nights on St Lucia!

My husband and I along with 2 of our friends spent 2 weeks at the Luxury Sky Villa in February of 2025. We usually book house rentals through VRBO when we travel. Our hosts at Luxury Sky Villa provided such amazing hospitality before during and even after our stay. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything was clean and well maintained .

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Julie, the assistant, was a standout—thoughtful, attentive, and always available without being overbearing. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight—immaculately maintained with breathtaking views. We were impressed by all the thoughtful extras, like Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen and a high-quality speaker on the rooftop, which really enhanced the experience.The location was perfect—private enough to feel safe and secluded, but close enough to all the attractions and amenities you’d want. It struck the perfect balance. The house was spacious, comfortable, and provided great value overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend!

I haven't been able to stay yet. Flights were canceled from weather. Couldn't change anything in VRBO. Bertrand & Julie agreed to allow us to stay on other available days at the end of the month. Great communication!! They seem like wonderful hosts and we can't wait to see the island. They're helping right now with last min. accomodations to catch the ferry to the hotel where we're spending our first week, until they're available here. Our trip has been canceled twice so far. Praying it starts at 5am on the 22nd!

This villa was perfect for our family and came equipped with everything we needed for stay. Julie was available to answer any questions I had throughout our stay. She even put together and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay since we were coming with our two small children for the holiday. So thoughtful!

lovely very upscale house in a quiet restful area with no neighbors. owners were fantastic it you are looking to get away without being cooped up in a hotel room this is it. plus it is very close to all the major attractions. Magnificent View from the roof top of the mountains ocean and forests..

The Sky Villa surpased our expectations - our reluctance to rent at $200/night could not have been more wrong! After receiving a local recommendation we booked our vacation. Upon our arrival and the warm greeting Julie offered we knew did not make a mistake! Her recommendations of beaches or local cuisine is valuable and essential to your stay!! The villa was extremely clean and well stocked with staples. We stopped at the local market and liquor to accommodate our personal needs. In conclusion, this villa is underpriced for the service you receive and the sheer beauty of this property! BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! 8)

This was one of our best vacations. Host was incredible! Property was clean and sat in the most beautiful place to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and sunset. We will visit again!!
