Luxury villa with private pool and magnificient sea views

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Lagos. The location was perfect, with an incredible ocean view and only a two-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids. It made for a really memorable family holiday.

The house met our expectations and matches the online description. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the living room is broken. We had to heat the house from other rooms, and there are doors to the outside that cannot be opened. The gas supply was also interrupted again, but the service team was able to fix it within 12 hours.

This home exceeded all expectations. Location was amazing. Walkable to beach, hiking trails and restaurants. Great layout for a 7-person extended family trip. Home and pool were very clean. Would love to return and stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this villa for 4 nights. Julie was a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative before we arrived and met us for check-in to show us around the property. As other reviews have stated, the villa is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The views from every room are spectacular. The owner leaves a lovely gift basket with food, drinks and wine. There are two great restaurants directly on the beach in front of the villa. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for a family vacation (nicer than the pics). Gorgeous views, fun beach with nice coastal walks. short drive drive to old town. checking in and out is super easy. Would go again

Better than the pictures, spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa. There is an extra room containing a sofa bed that could be used as a fourth bedroom although it is also the TV room. We were a group of 6 adults and one 2 year old. There was plenty of space (too much space according to my mother). We used the BBQ, pool (recently renovated), kitchen for 2 full meals, and some of the toddler supplies. Plentiful pool toys, beach gear, kitchen basics. No bath soap and shampoo though so bring your own. Everything was well-maintained and in good working order. Jo from the management company was wonderful and responsive, though we didn’t have any issues

We loved everything about our 4 week stay at this beautiful home. Amazing views, and a comfortable and well thought out floor plan that would suit a group of 6 - 8. Nicely finished interior with a modern aesthetic . That being said, I’m guessing the property is 20+ years old with original finishing, appliances, dishes, bedding, air conditioners, blinds and tile work. There is water damaged walls inside and out. This gem deserves a refresh! Sad to see the gorgeous pool with missing or poorly repaired tile work. We would stay again, but hope the owner will show a some well deserved love to the property and it’s contents to make it a 10 star location.

We came back for the 2nd time because we love the place and the bay. A great place to relax , go to the beach and perfect base to start exploring south Portugal. Hosts are lovely and house is very well equipped!

The house, terraces and pool are all very nice. Well equipped With all you need. Short distance to nice beach too. The Communication with owners representative was pleasant and efficient and we were warmly welcomed by Jo in the house late in the evening after a long delay from the flight and car pick up. Highly recommended :)

My family and I stayed at the villa for 6 nights. It was beyond our expectations! The pictures do not do the listing justice. The heated pool with an unobstructed view of the ocean was spectacular. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of space. Great communication with property managers. I’d book again if given the chance!

On arrival the property was even better than the photos. It was clean, well presented and the arrival pack from the owners managing company extremely appreciated. The whole accommodation is so well equipped and is more than home from home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen area and living area are spacious, and inviting. The balcony was a welcoming place to sit and just take in the view. The pool being heated was a boom. There are plenty of sun loungers (all good quality) and various pool and beach toys, umbrellas etc in the store cupboard. All in all our stay was excellent, from our greeting by Jo, who explained all we needed to know about the property and the area, to sitting around the pool and relaxing, to taking the very short walk down to the beach, or short drive into town, everything was perfect. We intend to return to this beautiful place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a fantastic holiday.

This property was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever booked. The house was spacious and clean, and the heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean was absolutely heavenly. The beach is just a few minutes walk down a path, and there are beautiful trails close by overlooking the water. The two nearby beach restaurants were fairly good, and there are numerous restaurants that deliver via UberEats. The property managers also left us with several snacks upon our arrival, which was a lovely treat. This was a lovely villa and a true five-star experience; I’d book this property again in a heartbeat if I ever return to the Algarve!

Spectacular. The property is gorgeous. Communication with the property manager excellent. The nearby beach has places to eat is easily accessible. The pool is warm and inviting. Everything was wonderful! If we get the opportunity to visit Lagos again, we will definitely stay here!

Lovely spacious villa that's well furnished and can comfortably cater for 8 adults. Kitchen is well stocked and we received a friendly welcome with some unexpected provisions in the fridge. The heated pool was super clean with a stunning seaview over the infinity edge, and the sun loungers were well used. Having beach towels provided was a definite advantage. We'll hopefully be returning here again soon!

Without question, the best experience I’ve had on VRBO. The attentiveness from the minute I booked, the kindness of the owner (stocks you with fresh local food), and the beauty of the property (exceeds even the pictures) make this the first property we’ve rented that, upon leaving, we all committed to coming back.
