Luxury Villa With Large Private Swimming Pool And Park Views

We have been coming to Guia since 2004 and stayed at Fayum six times. The villa itself is perfectfor 2 people and has everything you need, the location is great and apart from a dog that barks continuously from 7am it is quiet. For the last 3 years the outside area has been getting very tatty, it needs a really good clean and painting. The outside shower is ‘rancid’. We were convinced that this year the outside table and chairs would have been replaced and were astonished to find that even though the chair seats had totally disintegrated, they were still in use.. the same with the chairs at the front of the Villa. Also the awning is mouldy and torn. It really saddens me to write this review because we love coming to Casa Fayum but as we love being outside much more than being in, we won’t be coming again unless the outside space has had a deep clean, been painted and has new outside furniture.

The photos on this listing don't do this property justice! It is a delightful spacious villa with a large pool in a quiet Cul-de-sac street. We would definitely return again in the future. We enjoyed every minute.

We enjoyed our stay - all worked as expected and the kitchen was well equipped. There are many places to visit near by. We recommed a car to get around.

Casa Fayum is a firm favourite for us and we have visited many times. The Villa is perfectly equipped, comfortable and the outside space is fabulous. It’s a great location to walk into Guia and only 15mins drive to the beaches at Gale and the main resort of Albufeira. We never get tired of Guia and have been visiting for 20yrs. I just hope we can continue to stay at Casa Fayum.

This villa was absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious with great seating indoor and out. The pool was such a nice treat after a day of exploring the countryside. In a very quiet neighbourhood with easy access by foot to the town of Guia and within easy driving distance of many towns. Would definitely return again.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Villa, we love the local village and surrounding area. Very comfortable Villa, especially covered outside dining and seating, had many good lunches and breakfasts, over looking the pool. Home from home, with everything we needed, for a good stay.

Thie villa is beautiful, very clean, well fitted out to a high standard. The outside space is very clean and the pool is very well maintained. The villa backs onto a private park which is nice. Aircon in both bedrooms, the lounge and the conservatory which is very welcome. The hosts really have thought of everything, nice big fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, the kitchen is great. Beautiful shower room, big rainfall shower, again, very clean and fitted out to a high standard. The property manager was very helpful and on hand for any query, we had a minor issue with the aircon and she had a maintenance man on site within 10 minutes. turned out that the aircon wasn't switched on, silly me. Gardener and maid visited during our 11 day stay, which was all arranged with us beforehand, no problem. Would highly recommend this villa, we would love to book again.

The villa is very clean and well stocked. The pool is fantastic!

Cannot fault anything about the Villa. Lots of space, lovely large pool, wifi, air con, great location. Perfect size for four people.

It was an amazing stay. The house is perfect for a family holiday.
