Please Note you can easily get UBER and LYFT and have grocery and food delivered to the house as the house is only 5 mins away from major Hollywood cross Section.

Please note : Maximum capacity of the house is 12 people at any time including any guests you might have . Please note we do not allow any party or large gathering other than the max capacity of house and our policy is STRICT ! If there are more guests without prior host consent, the reservation might be canceled without refund .

Please be advised that we have installed security cameras to monitor the outside perimeter of the property for the safety of our guests also to comply with max capacity of the house .

The jacuzzi guy and the Gardener come once a week and have access to the backyard . We put the trash bins out every Thursday night . No loud noise after 9 pm specially in the backyard per city and airbnb regulation and also out of respect to neighbors since It is a VERY quiet neighborhood.



 
You might just think the location is convenient because it's located in L.A., but I am here to tell you how amazing the house is itself. Peaceful green views can be enjoyed while sitting in the jacuzzi with the fountain directly next to it that includes lights and jets. The patio includes a grill for all you grill experts ready to cook some charred dinner.

If you forgot anything at home, don’t worry about it because we got some extra shampoo for you. Clean towels are provided because those are a necessity.
