Stayed Sep 25, 2025Friends and family joined me at this lovely villa for two weeks to celebrate a special birthday. I was so happy when we arrived. The location is perfect. The photos on the website were accurate. And more importantly the write up of the villa was spot on. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes) and many restaurants. Armação de Pera is very centrally located in the Algarve for day trips. The villa is very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, cups, coffee maker, electric kettle, and numerous cooking pots and pans. Since the Villa can accommodate up to 20 people, there are two refrigerators and adequate seating. The pool area was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time outdoors there. I would recommend paying to heat the pool. All in all this was a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for groups. Communications with Algarve Vacations was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Stayed Aug 26, 2025A truly wonderful stay. The property offered plenty of space, was very comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We also used some of the company’s services, including a boat tour and airport transfer, and dining at the Algarbe restaurant added a special touch to the experience.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay.
