Very nice house and stay. Great communication with Property Management, would highly recommend.

As we walked in there was that WOW factor. Really nice, clean, and comfortable. The game room/exercise room was a huge hit for everyone. Good location but a little farther down the road than expected but still close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. I informed the owner our only downside is there were no closets in two of the bedrooms, so no place to hang your clothes. This may not be an issue for most people who have a short stay but we like to hang certain dress clothes. It may help to add hooks behind the bedroom door and bathroom door. We also received great instructions for check-in and check-out.

Everything was as described

We had a pleasurable stay; hosts were accommodating and were very reliable. The property was accurate as advertised and we look forward to coming back.

We stayed for five days. It was awesome. Had a great time. My only complaint was none of the games and the game rooms worked. We couldn’t get anything to work correctly and one of the chairs was broken temporarily put back together when we sat down on it, it broke again, letting it look like we were the blame that was the only disappointing part. Overall, it was a great day. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

Me and my little family absolutely loved staying on this property. It is beautiful and spacious. I love that it is in a gated community with little foot traffic, the privacy it offers and the general surveillance in the neighborhood which made me feel safe. I also love that it is close to Disney properties and major stores like Walmart. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The hosts were awesome and quick to answer any questions I had. When I think of luxury, this is exactly what I imagine. I would 100% stay at this property again.

We had the best time with my teens, husband and I. Everyone had their own space and it was so wonderful to come back from Disney and Universal to a home instead of a resort (when you don’t want to talk to anyone anymore lol). The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with us too

This was a very lovely home. Very private, gated and quiet. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Two easy suggestions would be that the pool needs real pool/beach towels and enough for the number of renters. The towels provided were more bath towels and we didn't have enough for the 4 of us. The other suggestion is that there were no essentials (spices/condiments) in the kitchen. Future renters should be prepared to purchase basics (even salt & pepper, flour, sugar & cooking oil). This was atypical based on our other rental experiences. Overall, the home is worth choosing if you like the location & look. The things I mentioned above are easily fixable or attainable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was perfect for our plans and the pool was a hit for the kids. The house was as expected and Anny was quick to respond to questions throughout our stay. I would look to stay here again when we return to the Orlando area in the future. Thanks for the great spring break!!

From the hosts to the villa itself everything was beyond expectations!! Great neighborhood, close to theme parks, close to grocery stores and any type of dining you can possibly want to experience. Pool/spa was perfect after a long day walking at the parks. We can’t wait to come stay again as this villa will definitely be our first choice going forward.
