Luxury Villa Storey Lake, 15min→Disney, private pool + hot tub + No Extra Fees

Great location, close to all amenities. Host was very responsive to any needs or questions. Home was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family. Pool and hot tub are an added bonus!

Pool was great warm kids loved it The only issue was 2 huge parties next door both friday nights we were there !

Home was nice. Close to Disney and Universal which was the reason for our stay. There were a few minor cleanliness issues but nothing worth reporting. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again.

The place was great, clean, close to attractions and stores. Family loved the game room, projector living room and the pool area with the canal view! Pool was not heated but the resort is a few mins away in a car and we spent a lot of time there anyway.

It was the perfect location for the activities we planned at the Disney parks.

We stayed with my daughter’s family with three young children and my son and family came for a couple of days. The accommodations were comfortable for all three families. The pool at the house was nice and warm and the kids loved walking to the water park area. The activities every day for the kids at the club house were a big hit. We ate there one night and the food was good. We also enjoyed the game room at the house. If you have time, check out the Escape Room right near the property. The one we did was fun and our 7 year old in the group was able to help.We went to Disney one day and it was a nice quick ride there.

House was exactly like expected. Perfect location and plenty of room.

Enjoyed a week here with my family. Place was great really enjoyed it! Pool was nice and warm for kids to swim all day!

The house was beautiful. Just as described. There were a few hiccups. One of the gates was broken, our ironing board was broken but the host offered to have another delivered. Host was very responsive.

Enjoyed the location to Disney World resort, The family enjoyed the pool, the establishment was excellent. Looking forward to relocate to the area.

House is Great! Lots to do on a rainy day or if you just want to stay in. The common area pool, lazy river, and other areas are VERY crowded and expensive (for the things there that there is a charge for) and we found them to be really of no value. We selected this house over others in the area to use these amenities. Although the house was great, this was a big disappointment. So glad the house had its own pool. The grill was a plus as well. We did notice that the houses on both sides of us had renters for just a few days during our stay. The noise levels were a bit much during these days as the houses are only a few feet away from each other. I did send our host a list of items that needed his attention upon our checking out and I haven't had a response.

Great place for our little family reunion! No problems whatsoever!

This was one of six rental homes in Storey Creek for my family gathering for a reunion. The home was clean, well-equipped, well cared for and was accurately described online. It was, in fact, nicer than several of the other homes we rented, even those that were more expensive. We found the location to be great for Disney, Universal and other Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Highly recommended.

We stayed with a party of 7 (3 adult couples with a 5 year old). The property was clean, well equipped and with great facilities for all to enjoy. There was a little damage to some of the games room which didn't stop us enjoying ourselves but it could do with refreshing at some point soon. TV's in all room was welcome for down time and the upstairs cinema room when I sorted out the cabling worked great to keep the kiddos entertained later in the evening. The outside area was clean, spacious and safe. We sadly had some nightmare neighbours which did spoil our stay for 4 days but this was nothing the host can sort out but just be aware in any rental location, you can get good/bad neighbours as most of the estate was holiday lets only (no permanent residents). Beds were clean and there were pool towels provided but be sure to do a quick run to Walmart or Publix and pick up the essentials: seasoning, milk, bread, fruits, toilet rolls and toiletries as nothing is provided. Again not a negative, but just something to be aware of. Some hosts have left us a starter pack before but here that wasn't the case. Be sure to head direct to the Gatehouse on 4700 Windemere Avenue to check your car in and get a gate pass. This stops you getting stuck like we did :) The property has great electronic keypads and high speed internet throughout and superb AC! It's needed for sure in Florida! All in all - we were very happy with the stay.
