Stayed Feb 12, 2026Host was awesome Very helpful and responded fast.. I was disappointed in the water park at westgateI picked it Because of the slides, they were closed for the week under construction so my grandkid's were too big for the smaller ones. Someone stole my pet in room sign off my door I don’t understand people Go get your own… staff at desks were great very pleasant. Nice place Staff at desks were great helpful and pleasant.!
