Stayed Jan 3, 2026Wonderful Villa. Very, very clean. Spacious. Great home amenities. Pool with privacy. Great Neighborhood and Great Location --- The only exception here is that there is a bit of nearby traffic noise sometimes.•Was there anything at all that was less than perfect?Air Conditioning is locked and cannot be set lower than 75 F. Even with other measures in place, it was a little uncomfortable sometimes, especially in the west-facing rooms in the evenings with the sun beaming.Pool was not heated well on some days. We just did other activities instead.The day before our checkout, the Hot Tub (Spa) blower/jets would not work that day. We did try to get this remedied. We called the Pool Maintenance Business (info listed in the Villa Information Binder) and left a voice mail. We did not hear back from that business.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We have been coming to the US for many years - this house by far was the best one that we stayed in. We had a problem with the pool heat and Kath was on it immediately. We enjoyed the pool after a great day of golfing. The house was very well equipped with everything a family would need. The location was perfect. I can't say enough great things about house.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Kath was so wonderful to work with and took the extra care to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The villa was well appointed and comfortable, and it was centrally located between Disney and Universal. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and it truly felt like a retreat. We will definitely return to this villa!

Stayed Dec 23, 2023This home is spacious, well stocked, and clean. The yard, lanai, and pool are an oasis with privacy, BBQ, lots of sun, sheltered from wind, and effective pool heat (a worthy investment in Dec/Jan!). Disney and Universal are a reasonable commute. There is a bit of highway noise due to close proximity, but we got used to it quickly and it didn’t bother us at all. The host’s care and communication is exceptional. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 7, 2023Our second stay at the villa, and once again it was brilliant. All the amenities we could have wanted, fantastic pool, and a great place to rest. There is a little road noise outside, but otherwise the outdoor area is very secluded. Thanks again for a great stay!
