Luxury Villa on a great lot! Pool, Spa, Movie & Arcade. Close to Disney & Golf!

Jennifer is such a great host. She responds so quick to any concern you may have and her home is beautiful.. it truly feels like a home away from home. This is the only vacation home we will stay at while in Orlando!

This is an amazing villa and there are great east facilities. While it is further out that we usually stay, the massive benefit of this was that we did not have to queue or wait to get in restaurants. The host was amazing and very communicative. I would recommend this villa and will most certainly be back

This house exceeded expectations and was perfect for our 10 day stay. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids). The decor is beautifully done. There was a theme for everyone. It was great having a washer and dryer on both levels of the home. The pool temp was super comfortable and our kids had a blast swimming in the evenings and on our off days from the parks. The hot tub temp felt great after long park days. We loved that the home is in a cup-de-sac and this property felt more private than many of the others we looked into. Jennifer, the owner, was very responsive and answered some questions we had upon arrival. We had an issue with the projector and the local house manager came by the next day to help. The coffee bar was a nice touch and they also left a sweet welcome basket with treats that was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies but make sure to pick up salt, pepper, oil.. if you plan on cooking. The sectional in the living room is very large and soft. Our only complaint was coming and going from the gated community. There were often lines of cars at the entrance and exit. I would have loved more hooks in the bathrooms and outside to hang towels as well. If we ever return to Disney we’d love to stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful..what you see in the pictures is exactly the way the home is from the moment you walk in the door. Jen is so accommodating and responds so quickly with any question you may have. The beds are so comfortable and everything in the home is so clean and loved the screened in pool area. Will definitely be back. Thank you again Jen!

It was an great experience. We had a great time.

This property was all we hoped for and more. My wife and I stayed with our two kids and their spouses and our five grand kiddies, it was a great spot with room to spare.plenty of room to spare

This home was perfect for what we ere looking for! A place to relax and enjoy some warm Florida weather as well as being convenient to the Disney experiences. Jen was incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better host/correspondent - Jen answered any and all inquires within an hour if not sooner. She made my family and I feel we were truly being looked after during our trip! The home itself was awesome and has everything we wanted - super clean and well appointed! My one and only.constructive criticism to the location is access into the resort - there were times where traffic was backed up the entire length of the main road just to get into the resort which was frustrating - other than that all was excellent!

It’s always a bit nerve racking booking a stay, but look no further!This home was EXACTLY as shown and stated, no surprises here!The home is perfect for large groups with plenty bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.Plenty of seating under the lanai as well as lounge chairs around the spacious pool.Jennifer, (your host) will be with you every step of the way and always be there for any questions or concerns you may have.You’ll never encounter a host as engaged as Jen!Stop looking, you found the rental you have been looking for, book it!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Luxury Villa. The house was just as pictured and the decor was both tasteful and cute without being geared towards just a young Disney crowd. There were so many thoughtful touches in the home including a coffee bar and snacks. We also appreciated the generous supply of household cleaning supplies and toiletries that were provided. The back yard was great with plenty of places to sit and lounge and the pool and spa were heated perfectly.The house is on a quiet cul de sac and with no back yard neighbors, it felt more private then other homes we have stayed at in the area. Jennifer was a great communicator and was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating. The home has a great layout and there are plenty of bathrooms with only 2 rooms sharing a Jack and Jill. We played many games of pool upstairs and enjoyed the comfy couch and projector tv. Overall no complaints, just a lovely home away from home! Would love to stay there again.

We have recently returned from an amazing 10 days in Orlando. We stayed at the villa and couldn’t have asked for more, the communication/booking process was fabulous. On arrival at the villa we were blown away. It was everything we expected and more. The villa was modern, clean, had absolutely everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend both the property and the host and all hope to return in the future.
