Luxury Villa in Sicily near the Sea with Swimming Pool and Tennis court

Pool is amazing! House is beautiful and well stocked, we easily and comfortably fit 12 people and an infant. Massimo was fantastic helping us with all our needs and making recommendations. The dinner he and his team made was incredibly and I recommend it to all who stay here.

10/10 Villa with amazing pool! We spend 7 nights in the villa with a group of 12 friends and we simply had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need. The pool area is even better than shown on the pictures and on top of that there is your own access to the beach, on which you can have a walk to Donnalucata in around 25 min. Massimo, the manager of the Villa, is easily accessible and will help you with anything immediately. Definitely worth the trip! We’ll come back one day!

We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations. We loved that each bedroom had its own climate control and bathroom. The house was well equipped for our cooking needs. The property is exceptional. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool is incredible! Did I mention it’s right on the beach? Massimo met our every request for a beach umbrella, floaties for the pool, extra bed and on and on. He responded quickly to every communication. There are lovely restaurants in Donnalucata which is a 5 minute drive or nice walk along the beach. We spent 2 weeks here and hated to leave.

Fabulous villa with wonderful Pool and garden. Great location right on the beach. House comfortable and homely. Well suited to mixed aged family group - including wheelchair user.

We had a week here in August, a mixed family group. The house is well equipped, excellent WiFi which seemed to work well throughout the house. Spacious bedrooms, a lot had lovely balconies outside them. Some of the showers are a little cramped but overall good. There is only one bath which is actually a double Jacuzzi which wasn't really suitable for bathing 18 month old girls. We did have an issue with the water in the house which was very salty apparently that is normal at that time of the year and although we told the lovely manager nothing was done. The owner has subsequently told me that had I contacted him he would have been able to sort it but as I had told manager I thought if it was sortable he would have done it. The manager was very responsive. I felt a book giving some useful tips for area, house , what sort of coffee pods machine took etc would have been very useful as well. The pool and gardens are beautiful, extremely spacious and lots of areas to sit in and relax. We played tennis on the court which is a decent hard court and not in full sun which was good! There is a gate leading onto the beach which is very convenient. .Overall a good week

Amazing pool, beach much fun for kids, good Lido beach bar Aziz close on beach also really nice to have. All rooms in house great size and clean upon arrival. Some great spots for meals in Donnalucata and a visit to Ragusa Ibla is a must! Massimo the host was very friendly and a great pizza chef, highly recommended. Slights downsides, charged for Rubbish removal which was not stated on the info. No interim cleaning or sheet changes for 2 week stay. Some minor problems with villa showers leaking for example. Overall, highly recommend this villa.

The Villa Got everything. Fantastic place for a Holiday. The pool is super and the park is beautiful. We enjoyed every moment We where here. Massimo and his wife made 2fantastic dinners for us. I will recommend This for everybody. Thanks a lot.
