We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. We only gave four stars for accuracy of online listing, simply because of the number of stairs to the master suite and their design. Anyone uncomfortable with stairs or with small children would have to take extra care. We were a group of 50 - 76 year olds plus a 3 year old and managed fine. The pool was a major element in our house choice, and we used it every day during the hottest hours. Sylvia is a charming host, totally open about the issues raised in an earlier post and very responsive. We found the house very clean, with no evidence of cockroaches the whole stay. We had to spray around the pool area for a couple of evenings to get some stragglers, but after that no sightings for the rest of our stay. Sylvia explained the power problem up front, but we found that creative management of the a/c zones avoided any outages. We were back to normal by the second day, and did not feel particularly inconvenienced. Because of the power issues, the pool was a bit cloudy when we arrived, but perfectly swimmable. With the filter running it cleared within a day or two. As for temperature, we found it refreshing in the 90+F heat.

This property is not at all as advertised and the host is an excuse maker not a problem solver. It started with check-in when the first thing the owner did was try to gaslight us into believing they had just taken care of a temporary issue with cockroaches as a result of a citywide plague. From there she showed us the breaker panel “in case” the power went out and then proceeded to tell us that the pool was just cleaned but because of that there was sediment making it cloudy but it would clear in a couple hours! Regardless of the cockroach issue, the electric went out every 15-20 minutes when the only thing we did was turn on the AC as it was very hot. When we contacted the owner they simply said they were on the phone with the electric company and it was a neighborhood issue! The property cannot run the pool filter at the same time as the AC and have lights on, the pool never cleared up and was freezing. The owner never disclosed the pool was not heated. Master bathroom had significant mildew build-up in the shower. This property is significantly over-priced for what it has to offer: cockroaches, mildew, dirty freezing pool, AC that cannot be used. And you have to light the gas cooktop with a lighter because it doesn't work properly and don't expect to put much in the refrigerator. Fortunately, we were busy and gone much of our stay -but we could have rented a nice hotel for much less w/a working usable pool and AC w/o cockroaches.

This house was perfect for our family trip to Andalucia. First of all, it was beautifully designed, with lots of communal spaces for relaxing, both indoors and outdoors by the pool. It was sparkling clean, and the hosts were really flexible, making check-in and check-out very easy. It is centrally located, so we were easily able to reach all parts of the city, in addition to the train station for day trips (e.g., Granada, Cadiz). I highly recommend this house. Stay here if you can! Sylvia and Fernando are wonderful.

This pretty villa was just perfect for me and my friends visiting the wonderful city of Sevilla. It has all the comfort we wished for and is very tastefully designed and equipped be the owner. The swimming pool and outside terrace are perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a warm day of exploring the city. Thank you Sylvia! Great service too. I'd love to come back again :)

If you are planning a stay in Seville, this property is ideal either for a family or a small gathering. Away from the noise of the city, within proximity to the various attractions the city has the offer. We had 4 fabulous days and I highly recommended this great high end and modern property. Not to mention the significant benefit to enjoy a great pool with the heat you experience in Seville. 5 star experience with a personalize touch! Fannie Jacques from Canada

We spent five wonderful days at this beatiful house in Seville, located in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to downtown. We were greeted by Silvia who carefully explained every little detail and trick and made us feel very welcomed. The house is very spacious and full of light, and the rooms are definitely bigger than they look in the pictures, the master bedroom is amazing. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the pool makes it very special. Greatly decorated with artwork and furniture by his owner Fernando. I wish we had the time to spend more days at this beautiful place. Hope we can come back.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the artistic and architectual details of this wonderfull house and spend most of our time by the refreshing pool. Furthermore, the air condition in the house proved very valuable in the Spanish heat. The pictures do not really earn the house justice, as it is more spacious and artistic in real life. Sylvia was a lovley host and made our stay very pleasent. Our best recommendations.

My family and I loved this property! It is so gorgeous and even larger and better than the photos. We all loved getting in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. This home is great but what really makes it special is The artistry of Fernando one of the owners incredible ironwork sculptures. We felt very safe and well taken care of. It was a short cab or car ride to the center of town approximately 10 minutes. Sevilla is such an extraordinarily beautiful destination and stay at this property made it even more amazing! We felt grateful and blessed to have such a easy and fun stay. Thank you so much Sylvia and Fernando for opening your gorgeous home to us. I highly recommend this property.
