Luxury villa, heated pool at 30 °, Spa at 37 °, 200 m beach and trails

Second time at this house, fourth time in the village. As usual a wonderful stay!

This is the third year we have stayed in Plouescat over Easter, and each time in one of the trio of houses in this area. This house was probably the best suited for us in terms of the number of bedrooms and living space (family of 6). I highly recommend this for a week's break - so close to the beach, and lovely indoor pool for when the weather isn't great. Francis is very communicative and available over whatsapp in case of issues.

We enjoyed our week and had time to find some rest. The area around is very quiet and we took our bicycles to ride to the village and to a restaurant. On the days where the wind was blowing and cooling down the temperature we warmed up in the indoor pool or outdoor Spa. Very nice holiday and friendly check in and out.

Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. The villa was perfect for all of us (4 adults with 4 children aged 4-11) - fully equipped kitchen, clean and warm pool, hot tub, outdoor play equipment, lovely sized bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, pool table and outdoor sun loungers with comfy cushions. Short walk from a lovely quiet beach, short drive to little village with lots of quaint shops and a large supermarket. Weather was gorgeous and Francis was very accommodating. 2 very minor negatives were that the WiFi dropped out a bit and it would have been helpful for the guest information book to have been in English as well as French. Would love to have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Nice clean house with lovely garden, fab indoor pool (perfect as we were staying over Easter when the weather was sunny but cool) and hot tub, kids had fun with the pool table too. One downstairs bedroom (helpful for me as I recover from a broken ankle) and shower room and three upstairs bedroom with upstairs bathroom. Kitchen is small but fairly well stocked with equipment. It's in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by farmland with a short walk to some lovely little bays and short drive to Plouescat where there is a bakery and other shops. Francis was a good host who worked hard to get a couple of small niggles with TV and Internet fixed for us, which was really appreciated. A bottle of local cider awaited our arrival too. Communication was great once we arrived, we just would have felt a lot more at ease if some detailed written instructions had been shared in advance of our arrival - we had to contact for anything and were just told what time we could arrive, nothing more. What would have been most useful to us as visitors - and what we normally receive from other property rentals - would be the house name (it has no outside signage, but luckily was recognisable from the roadside from online photos) and address, directions, where to find keys, maybe some tips on how best to enjoy our first time visiting the area). There is a printed photo guide in the house, but all in French, and I am afraid our French language skills are very poor, so it did not help us so much. All in all, once we arrived though this did not have a significant effect on our enjoyment of the property which has some great amenities, and I think its a good house for one family or maybe a family plus grandparents to rent.

We all enjoyed the villa s quiet location ideal for a relaxing holiday, beeches close to hand The villa itself was lovley for the 8 of us ,pool and hot tub uswe daily along with the sauna. Lofal.to2n Pleuscat had lovely restaurants and ither shops highly recommended and would return to visit again

Excellent property. 2 families with 5 kids between us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice enclosed garden for kids. Amazing beaches very close.

Everything the kids needed from outdoor biking or beaching, good indoor facilities for the cooler days and evenings. Good location for the family to explore Finistère’s coastline, towns and , particularly a gastronomic tour of the region is well worth while. Francis is a good host, very friendly and the property is well managed.

Couldn't have asked for a better property for our holiday with our young children and our friends and their babies. Francis was a great host and the house was fully kitted out with everything we needed. The indoor pool and hot tub are amazing. We had a brilliant week - no complaints whatsoever!
