Luxury Villa 3 Masters 6 B.rooms 4 Bath Big pool RV parking on 0.5 Acre of fun!

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely amazing. The host was a pleasure to work with; very communicative, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the home was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the Las Vegas area.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and everyone who stayed there was raving about it. The location is close enough to The Strip to be convenient but not in the thick of the action. The surrounding area is very calm and the house itself was very quiet and spacious. We also saw three peacocks flying around which was a surprise delight. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.

This space was no where near as large as advertised. The cots did not have pillows/blankets and were very uncomfortable. The shower drains all backed up and would flood when we'd use them, one of the sinks was broken when we got there, the toaster was broken, the trampoline was broken, the dumpsters were full which was confusing on where to put trash and the backyard smelled horrible because it backs up to a ranch with horses. We paid a lot of money for the space and it was very uncomfortable and most appliances (especially bathroom showers) were not up to par for how much we paid.

Missing travelers accommodations & accessories. Not enough kitchen pots/pans for large crowd (sleeps 18). No kitchen towels or oven mits. Lots of old food left behind. Not enough hand towels or wash cloths. No towel hooks in bathrooms. The room off the kitchen is missing lots of slats in vertical shade that anyone can look into bedroom. The master room in the hall has no walls for the shower so EVERYTHING gets wet when a shower happens. EVERYTHING! 3 rooms are wired together for lights/fan. So when one light goes off, another room light turns on. Very difficult for people to sleep. Beds are all hard & the few pillows there are flat. No extra pillow cases for every day use pillows. The back bedroom/game room is hotter than the rest of the house.

My family really enjoyed this home. It was spreadout and spacious and included all kinds of games and recreational equipment for the kids to enjoy. Also, someone put time and thought into the renovations and decor. Beautiful Home

My communication with Hodi was excellent. The check in and check out was a breeze. The house is big and in a great area. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very private and safe. It feels like you’re out in the country, then you’re just a few minutes from the strip. The kitchen is huge, and beautiful. Great experience.

Let me just say first that this house had everything you can imagine to entertain kids and teenagers along with adults. Also, Hodi was amazing and quickly responded to a few minor issues we had. It was taken care of asap! We will definitely book this house again for our future Las Vegas trips!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Host!

Clean, updated appliances, well appointed. We have been renting houses in Vegas for many years...and this one is one of our best finds. We highly recommend!

We traveled to Vegas for a soccer tournament. We had 5 families, 2 with husband and wife, 3 with parent and player. We had enough beds but had to have 2 players sleep in the same bed as their parent which was fine but we didn't count the beds out well enough for the intent of players staying together. One of the best things about the place is that it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but were 5 minutes away from food options and grocery stores, less than 10 minutes away from airport rental car return and the strip. Super convenient. One thing to keep in mind that we didn't know, the property is next to horse property so the scent of horse/mule is on the other side of the wall in the back yard. I grew up with horses so I like the smell but if you are not fond of it, just keep it in mind.The interior is awesome, kitchen is really spacious and common area is wide open but not as much couch seating as you might want for a movie.The host was fantastic, very accommodating to just about everything I asked. We were unsure of our game schedule so we needed to stay longer but not overnight. The host accommodated the longer stay (with a reasonable fee). So basically if you want a super quiet place that feels really secluded but still is really close to services and freeways and the strip, this is a solid choice

The house was clean and roomy for all 15 of us, then neighborhood was safe and not noisy. Communication was great. Close to main streets and shops.

This was a great place to stay! The game room was such a fun place for the kids to play. There was plenty of room. The backyard was nice and spacious. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We will be back to stay again.

Quiet and convenient location, big home.

I came to celebrate my birthday and the house exceeded all my expectations and I had an amazing time. The house was clean and was enough space for nine people. Hodi was an amazing host and responded really quickly.

This home was well appointed and had great amenities. There was plenty of room for all my cousins that joined in on our mini family reunion. The pool was wonderful and the kichen was the hub of the festivities.

This home was more than enough for our family. It was clean,great location, easy to access, and just overall wonderful. The owners were easy to contact and the response time was almost immediate. We will definitely rent from them again!!!!

First off they have peacocks everywhere and of all ages, they are so fun to watch and the babies were adorable! They don’t bother you and just give you some great entertainment. The parking inside the gate is big enough to fit two long bed trucks towing extra long trailers and two F150’s with the gate being able to close perfectly. Half the driveway is covered and has 10 feet of clearance. There is zero ability for street parking. Beds were comfortable and the water gets hot and stay hot quickly which is so nice. The host is great with communication and made everything so easy. Felt very safe in the area which is a must for us.

Fantastic place, very clean and tons of space. Host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Close to the airport and the strip, which made it a perfect location for a Vegas weekend.

We had a family reunion in Vegas and stayed in this lovely property for a total of 6 nights. We choose this property because we had 8 adults and 3 teenagers and needed a large house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All the pictures for this house are accurate and it was able to accommodate the sleeping arrangements we needed. Communication with the host was fantastic, very responsive with clear instructions. We felt really taken care of because we were asked if we needed anything during our stay. Even though we didn't, it was a kind gesture to ask. The house was clean and spacious as shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels for everyone in my family. The gameroom was so fun for adults and our teenager kids. We would find ourselves challenging each other to old school games like Galaga and Pac Man. Just like in the 80s arcades for those that remember! We enjoyed the pool outside especially during this current Vegas heat wave. The house and neighborhood is quiet and serene which was perfect for our family. We loved our stay, thank you Odelya for hosting us! I would definitely stay here again for our next Vegas trip!
