Luxury secluded and spacious villa with huge heated private Pool

We had a fantastic week at the villa. The photos don't really do it the justice it deserves - the grounds and pool area are beautiful, clean and perfect for families. We had more than enough space for two families of 4. We found the bedrooms comfy and spacious and it was a bonus to have ensuites for each bedroom. Melissa and Clive were very helpful and clear about check-in / check-out arragenements. The kitchen had everything you need for picnics on the beach etc, (including tuppa-ware) as well as a fantastic BBQ area at the front of the house. Thank you so much- we would love to use the space again one day and will recommend to our firends and family.

A beautiful villa with stunning gardens and a huge pool that we absolutely loved. The BBQ area was perfect for evenings outdoors, and the villa is so well equipped with everything you could need. Melissa and Clive were excellent hosts—helpful, welcoming, yet wonderfully discreet. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Beautiful villa and property, even better than on the photos! Perfect place to relax and explore the Algarve! Great service and hospitality by Melissa and Clive. The pool is huge and a real highlight. The kitchen has so many dishes and equipment! The outdoor BBQ area is a real treasure and was used often!

The property itself is just as described beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously tainted by the actions of the property owners at the end of our stay.Upon arrival, we were asked to hand over a 300 cash deposit. No issues with this until we were told, as we were preparing to leave, that we had allegedly damaged the gates by climbing on them. Based on this claim, the full deposit was withheld.This came as a complete shock. We had barely used that entrance and certainly hadn’t caused any damage. I even pointed out that there was a camera facing the gate which could prove our innocence, only to be told that it “didn’t work.” In other words, we were accused without any evidence and penalized for something we didn’t do.To make matters worse, it later came to light—through their own admission—that the gate had been in need of repair a week before we even arrived. It’s hard not to feel like we were conveniently blamed in order to cover pre-existing issues.This experience left a very sour taste. It’s a shame, because we genuinely enjoyed our time at the property up until that point. But their willingness to levy baseless charges with no proof is deeply concerning.In short: stunning property, but be very wary of its management. Sadly, I can’t recommend staying here unless you're prepared to pay for its upkeep via fees.

We looked for a villa for a long time, as this was going to be our first holiday in a villa. We were looking for somewhere remote and private as we are a large neurodivergent family and we need space, self catering, a heated pool and the opportunity to be loud if we need it. We have 4 children, 2 teens, 1 8yr old and an 18 month old. The Villa was absolutely perfect for us! It offered everything we wanted and much more. The gardens are excellent, and superbly cared for. The terrace is a beautiful space for a family, and the hammock was a huge hit for our autistic daughters. The pool is huge and fantastic for our water addiction, and our toddler loved the hot tub addition too! The teens absolutely loved having an en-suite each, and the space we had in the whole villa was so good for when we all needed some down time. The air conditioning is really good, and needed in the 30 degree weather! The Villa is really well stocked too.We hired a car which was very useful, and we explored Alvor beach and a few restaurants, but we also ate in the villa every evening as this suits our family more. The hosts Mellisa and Clive are so friendly and helpful, and it’s actually very convenient having them on site. They gave us the space and privacy we needed and were also on hand for any questions, or support we needed. We had a lovely week and we all really enjoyed it, and we’re already planning to return next year!

Great house, location and owners through and through.

Fantastic villa, very well stocked with everything you need. Swimming pool is big and really warm. We loved this place. We were supprised that the hosts lived on site, I think the advert should state this. But Clive and Melissa are amazing hosts, and it did not detract from our experience. We would definitely return again

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The hosts were wonderful and helped us with any questions we had. They even got my daughter some candy and a card for her birthday! The property was beautiful and very clean. You definitely need a car when renting this home as it’s a bit out of the way from town. In terms of location, we found this to be an optimal spot for exploring the different towns along the Algarve. Highly recommend!

We were overwhelmed with the hospitality of Melissa and Clive. The house is very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Fantastic to have four bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. We have never spend so much time in a house during our travels. This was also because of the big pool and the games we found onsite. Everybody will be lucky staying with Melissa and Clive!

Very nice property, even better in real than on impression by photographs.

We all - ranging from 12 to 75 years – loved the place. Lots of space for everyone to gather together and also to sit and read quietly. Beautiful grounds but the piece de resistance for the teenagers was the swimming pool and games area.Melissa and Clive are wonderful hosts

The most wonderful villa, large pool and garden area. Spacious and clean bedrooms. Melissa and Clive were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. 5*
