Near our villa is located Halikounas beach (10 min walk), recently described in Forbes magazine as one of the top 10 safest beaches in Europe for safe social distancing.

The property is designed and built on its best at 2021 year, fulfilling all your needs and acquirements.

! We would like to inform you that the villa from 2023 season will have private direct access to the beach within the plot. Our beach consists of two big umbrellas and four sun-beds only for our clients. Also a small wine cellar is added for guests to get a wine bottle any time of the day!

The villa has four amazing bedrooms where they have their own private bathroom. It has also a WC in the main area. The villa consists of three floors: semi - basement, ground floor and first floor where you access to all of the with an internal staircase.

- The semi - basement consists of a bedroom with double size bed and en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, a playroom with 55inc TV (including Netflix), a Ps4 with games, and table boards for young kids.

- The ground floor includes a fully fitted complete kitchen with all appliances including dish washer, a dining area, a sitting area with the WC and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the main level you have a direct access to the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.

- On the first floor, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a terrace with sea view on the front where you can enjoy the infinity blue of the sea while relaxing and on the side a lake view.

Villa has a Private parking, direct beach access, swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and it's equipped with air conditioning (Hot and Cold air), wireless internet access in every corner of the house and a satellite TV in each room (incl. Netflix). The property is just a 40-minute drive from Corfu Airport and Corfu Town, a 10-minute drive to the supermarket and nearest traditional taverna is 3 minutes walking distance.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) consists off a Double bed, A/C unit, Satellite TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (First Floor) consists off a Double bed, A/C unit, Satellite TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Semi-basement) consists off two single beds, A/C unit, Satellite TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a big window Shower.

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need: Electric oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, Nespresso Machine and coffee maker.

UTILITY ROOM: Includes all the basics: Iron and ironing board and a washing machine.

LIVING ROOM: High quality design and furnishing, including comfortable sofa, LCD satellite TV 55inch, DVD, CD player, wireless internet.

DINING ROOM: Table and seating for 8 people.

POOL FEATURES:

Our pool is equipped with isothermal cover with manual roller, keeping the temperature of the water on the point even if the weather isn’t being particularly kind. ( Pool heaters can bring the pool temperature at your needs between 27℃ to 30℃ making it warm enough for everybody to fully enjoy their villa.)

HOUSEKEEPING:

• One time per week maid service free of charge.
• One time per week linen/bath and pool towels change. (If guests require more pool towels or bathroom towels they can be given free of charge).
• One times per week pool cleaning.

EXTERNAL AREA:

- A huge 5000m² plot of grass.

- Direct Private Beach Access from the Villa.

- Private swimming pool 55 m². The swimming pool has 0.7m. Shallow edge and 1.50m depth. Suitable for kids as well.

- 8 Sun-beds and 3 umbrellas for the pool.

- 4 Sun-beds and 2 umbrellas for the beach. (Available from 1st of June due to weather conditions)

- Barbecue including cowl.

- Outdoor Lounge Couch with a small fireplace in the middle.

- Outside Dining table with Chairs for 8 people.

- Automatic lighting with timer. (Pool lights can be controlled if need by a switch inside the house).

The villa is deal for all ages. (If you are traveling with young children, let us know and we can offer you a Highchair and door gates if needed.)

BEACH DETAILS:

The beach under the house is accessed by 25 meter private easy access ramp with a small incline and including stairs. The waters in front are excellent for swimming with crystal clear waters. Furthermore in about 10 min walk is the Halikounas beach (4km sandy beach) one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu - ideal for those early kimorning walks or jogging.

Local supermarket is available 10 minutes away by car but we can arrange for bigger supermarket during your way to the villa from the airport or a delivery can be arranged at the property.

The owner lives very close from the villa and they personally are arranging everything ensuring that their guests stay in as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and if there is any issue or problem they are happy to come and help you.
