Luxury Private Villa Alexandros

Host was communicative, beautiful view. Pool is a bit of a hike and very deep, probably not good for kids and the listing doesn’t mention the bedrooms all on the lower level with the only way of getting up and down is tight, spiral staircase. Caretaker was available to haul luggage up and down stairs but I would be aware that that was not conducive to some of our older guests, also, I would be afraid to have small children using the steps as well.

Alexander’s place was very well suited for our group of 9. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and dining area, as well as the distance to the beach and the beach chairs provided. While it is a shared pool for all of the villa, it was quiet in the mornings and evenings for a dip.

This villa was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We had a beautiful view of Parikia harbor from the veranda, where we spent much of our time when not wandering about the island. There was plenty of room for all of us. A car is recommended, but you can easily catch a water taxi to Parikia from a nearby beach, where you can access the busses. Niko was there to initially welcome us and give us valuable information, such as places to eat and other recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, or better service, for creating lovely memories of Paros! Thank you very, very much.

The villa was a perfect size for our family, having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all 9 of us. The kitchen had a full size fridge and enough tableware/cutlery, etc to suit us for the week we stayed. Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but clean. The veranda was spectacular and provided amazing views of Parakia and the Port. Martello beach was within walking distance (under 1 km). Very family friendly beach with crystal blue water. The villa had beach chairs and sun umbrellas that we used when spending the day at the beach. There is a water taxi at this beach that will take you directly to Parakia. Would highly recommend that you rent a car if you are staying at this villa as it is not within walking distance of Parakia. We look forward to being able to stay at this villa again. Our host and staff were amazing!

Everything is perfect : the house, thé location and the service. The beach is really 5 minutes Away and it is gorgeous. Nikos was always helpful and we particularly appreciated the change of sheets and towels halfway through our stay. We will definitely Want to come back !

We loved our stay in the villa! 10 mins drive from port/Parikia. Villa is fully equipped with added bonus of air con in all rooms. Lovely pool which is shared but not busy. 10 mins walk from Martselo and Krios beach. Nikos - is super helpful with recommendations. The island has lots of great beaches so recommend hiring car/bike to get around. We were 2 families (10 of us) and had plenty of room.

Conveniently located to port, near a wonderful beach. Maxed out the occupancy with (10 guest and always had plenty of hot water. Manager was friendly and helpful. Very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend!
