Stayed Aug 26, 2025The property was perfect for us. We had privacy, a beautiful view, and the house and outdoor terraces (there are several) were very spacious and with plenty of comfortable seating and lounge chairs.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025We had a lovely summer stay at Villa Sophelle, the home was just as expected and even more spacious than in the photos. Very well equipped for a longer stay. We cooked and enjoyed lots of time on the terraces. The location was great and easy to access anything we wanted to on Paros/Antiparos. We hope to cone back in the future!

Stayed Jul 10, 2021We absolutely loved our time at Villa Sophelle and can thoroughly recommend this place. The Villa is very spacious, light, comfortable, quiet, very well presented and spotlessly clean. Excellent quality linen, shower towels and the added extra of pool towels is a bonus when packing light! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possible need and well laid out. All the different dining/seatings areas inside and outside of the villa are amazing with excelllent furniture and views too! The sun loungers are really good quaility and very comfortable which is important when you are lazing by the beautiful pool all day. The outside area is gorgeous and so well maintained with pots and plants. The pool is one level (no deep end) and has the most amazing view over the sea. You can see the local beach from the villa and you can walk easily but you do need to cross a busy road which is fine as adults but wouldnt with small children. There a so many beaches to explore in the area and only ever a short drive away. The two most local beaches have great tavernas too. There was also a beach umbrella and bats/balls to use for the beach which is always a nice touch. The two shower/toilet rooms are really well decorated and the showers themselves are excellent with good water pressure. Both bedrooms have shutters, the best mosquito nets we have seen and air con which was needed in the night as it was hot! The upstairs master bedroom is gorgeous with ensuite and private terrace, which was the best place to watch the sunset each night. There is a huge walk in wardrobe and a large comfy bed. We loved this space. There is also aircon downstairs in the property too but we didnt often use that as the breeze coming through the villa was perfect. The sofas are very comfy and there is a good tv but we didnt really use it as the view was all you need when youre here. The wifi was good too in most areas of the villa. Parokia is about 10 mins by car but does depend on local traffic so can take longer. The supermarkets are a few mins away and there is plenty of choice and there are some great bakeries/cafes too. Parokia has so many amazing restaurants and shops and you can loose yourself here for many hours. You need a car to stay here which means you can travel around and and explore this wonderful island. We recommend the car ferry to antiparos too. In all we had the most amazing, relaxing two weeks here and will be back again in the future. Thanks Sophie.

Stayed Jul 12, 2020We had a wonderful time at the villa, which is perfect for a family with kids. The view, swimming pool, and all terraces are great!. The villa is very clean, and beds are super comfortable. Location is good as well, close to very nice beaches, and from parikia village. Georges the owner is always easy to reach and responding very quickly. We recommend the villa!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A gem of a rental home on the island of Paros, this spacious, well appointed house is ideally located a few minutes drive to the south of the main port, high on a hill overlooking the sea to the west and the harbor town to the north. There are spectacular views on all sides, with magnificent sunsets. The photos on the website do no do it justice! The house is clean and beautifully maintained, with modern appliances and amenities, including satellite HD TV and a stereo with CD player. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. While there is a large indoor dining table and nicely furnished living room, the main focuses of the house for us were the various outdoor terraces. The main terrace is just off the living room by the infinity pool. There is a large outdoor table here which is shaded by a nautically themed canvass canopy. In addition, there are several other terraces on the main, lower, and upstairs regions of the house, so depending on where the sun is shining and how the breeze is blowing, there are options for outdoor sitting. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with its own terrace, and the king sized bed was comfortable with wonderful pillows. Closet space is ample, and the bathroom with shower are convenient and practical. There is an additional bedroom with two single beds and bathroom suite on the main floor at the back of the house. A nice surprise is the large lower level of the house, including two additional bedrooms, a small kitchen and fridge, a full bathroom suite, and a small dining / living room with a TV. While not as nicely appointed as the main level rooms, this space is perfect for larger families of for those with teens who want their own space. The internet router is located on this level, and the signal is strongest here. The signal weakens considerably on the main level and does not reach the outdoor terrace by the pool (note: this can be easily remedied with the addition of a router amplifier on the main floor). The infinity pool is clean and serviced daily, and is lit at night. The owner and his wife are helpful and always available, and were generous, providing us with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden located behind the house and with fresh eggs from the chickens down the hill. So -- a large house with modern amenities, great views, a pool, private yet near shops, markets and beaches -- what more could one ask for? I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
