Stayed Apr 1, 2022Spacious, clean house with beautiful views of the sunrise, sunsets, and water. Very relaxing, quiet and private. Enjoyed lots of time in the pool. Great kitchen for preparing meals and huge dining room was great for enjoying meals and time together. Plenty of nice extras and amenities like grills, bikes, pool toys, etc. Enjoyed bike rides and walks around the area. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to those who enjoy being on the water. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The property was well maintained, but we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool for most of the week due to mechanical issues. Once the problem was identified, Michael made the necessary repairs and accommodations. THE place to stay in Cape Coral.

Stayed Dec 4, 2021We had a lovely week at this home! It was spacious and comfortable. It is an older house, and in need of some upkeep. The rug going up the stairs and in the bedroom does need to be cleaned or replaced. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, but The Boathouse restaurant is across the channel and it tends to be noisy. All in all a fun week at the pool and on the water. Michael was very helpful. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 20, 2021The house is great, plenty of room for 6-adults. Great heated pool. Best sunsets. The tiki bar across the canal is great! Short 25 minute drive to FMB. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 19, 2021Spent the week in/by the pool watching the boats and dolphins go by. It was just what we needed. Comfortable bed. A/C struggled a bit. Garage parking is a bonus. We’ll book this one again.

Stayed May 28, 2021Nice location seeing boat traduce and hearing tiki bar music . We were able to rent a boat from local company and park at boat lift at pier. Home could use some upgrades w carpet, painting and new patio sliding door blinds.
