LUXURY ON THE LAKE, newly renovated beautiful villa in Formosa Gardens

Fantastic location with a lovely spacious environment for multi generational holiday. Our 2yr old granddaughter especially liked the little pool. We know the area well and this place is perfect for us, well stocked with everything we needed.Both the host and management team ensured we had a fabulous time and responded quickly to any questions, having visited over 20 rental homes over the years this is a 10 out of 10 and would love to stay again.

Host was very polite and corrected any issues we had.

The house was beautiful and in a beautiful quiet location. Very clean with lots of room so everyone could have their own space. We had a great time. My only recommendation would be to get a barbeque for the house. We had nine people in our group and cooking in the oven was quite challenging since there was no bbq. Thanks again for letting us use the house.

What a lovely house. Having stayed many times in the area this was one of the best. Beautiful furnishings and everything you need. Perhaps only slight suggestion would be an upgrade of the furniture around the pool. So well located for everything. Thanks Sarah and family for sharing your home.

Pool chairs were very poor quality but towels provided to cover them.House not very clean, clumps of hair all over.Message to owner: If you want your towels washed, leave some laundry tablets please.Good amount of plates dishes cutlery etc.Beds comfy, linen old and worn.

Wonderful house with the best pooldeck ever

Wonderful and peaceful. We loved the location, the number of master suites and the beautiful private pool. The owner was very responsive and kind.

Everyone enjoyed the pool on our down time

This house is exactly as advertised and also centrally located. It was very quick getting to and from all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool is very large and clean as well as the hot tub. We would go back for sure!

Everything was excellent however I think the owners are being let down by their cleaners, I am sure they will address this. Great home, great location excellent communication.

We are a famliy of 8. Elderly parents and adult children with their partners. Not our first time to this area. (our 13th). We have not stayed in a same villa twice. However after our visit to this villa we would definitely return. The villa has plenty of space for us all. Pool area is very spacious and pool is a wonderful size with lake views. Location excellent for the parks and nearby restaurants. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night which is great not to be disturbed by others partying into the small hours. Villa management were so helpful and supportive during our stay during hurricane Milton, as was the owner. Only negative was wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful house in the best gated community when visiting Disney area attractions. The pool is a generous size where you can unwind after a days theme park visits or a day browsing through the shopping malls. All the rooms are fresh and clean have their own TVs with streaming services. And when you need to stock up on essentials there are four large supermarkets nearby and also chemists just in case you need medication sun creams etc

Home was in a very nice neighborhood. Host made the process very easy. Home was clean and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely large bright villa in an excellent location. We were a mixed age party including young children, everyone had their own space the villa definitely does deliver on space. Our only issues were both the air and water filters in the fridge freezer came up in red that they needed changing, I rang the agents who said they’d change them but then never did. I’m not sure if it’s the tight turnaround time but there were areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly and we found a dirty nappy in the games room. The pool is great and it’s a huge outside space but the outdoor furniture is starting to look a bit grubby in particular the lounge bed in the corner there was a big rip in the canopy which was very obvious when we arrived. We had an absolutely great stay and would recommend the villa the owners just need to be more vigilant re the cleaning going forward.
