Stayed Jun 9, 2024From the moment I booked, Jeanette and Shawn welcomed us. Arrival was quick and simple with gate pass printed ahead of time. When we walked in, the first think we saw was the beautiful ocean view! Almost everywhere you look in this condo, there are ocean views. The main floor bedroom does not have them, but both upstairs bedrooms do. Our room had a window seat, which was perfect for ocean views for my husband who has mobility issues. The main floor balcony was perfect for watching sea birds, dolphins, and deer who forage in the dues below. We felt like we didn't even have to go down to the beach to enjoy it! Everything in the condo was sleek and aesthetically appealing. KIG does a great job of making it feel like a home, not a rental. Plenty of kitchen necessities. Truly everything you need or could want is at your fingertips. They send ideas for places to honor try and offer booking soft things like bikes and beach chairs. Very professional! We are now officially spoiled, and I know we will be back to the Penthouse again next year. After 20+ years of coming to Kiawah, this is officially our home away from home! ❤️

Stayed Apr 11, 2023We were 2 couples with an additional friend who stayed for several days in April. The condo was in perfect shape and offered all of the amenities that one would look for on Kiawah. Everything was made easy and with luxury. In addition, any and all questions were answers promptly. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
