Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very nice in all respects with a couple exceptions. Floors were swept clean of debri but were not cleaned. All our feet and socks were black each day. Also there was supposed to be supplies of dishwasher soap and laundry soap and there was none. Kitchen needed dish towels and there weere none.

Each room in the house was like a primary suite. The kitchen was fully stocked and used for many family meals throughout the week. The centerpiece of the home is clearly the deck/porch which had amazing views and enough space for all 12 guests to hang out.

Amazing property with views to die for. Highly recommended! The management hosts were fantastic and made our stay feel so welcomed. Absolute 10 out of 10!!

The view from the pool and hottub was incredible! The kitchen and living room area was huge and the perfect place to hang out. It was so clean with too many nice touches to list. We've taken a lot of trips together and all agreed, this is our favorite so far! We'll be back.

Reviewer Comments: This was an excellent choice for a big family get-together of all ages- we loved having tons of entertaining space indoors and out, the open kitchen, multiple fireplaces, piano, pool table and that amazing view. Also loved being able to walk down to the beach and back, although it's steep so not going to be possible for everyone. It was a quick drive to the San Clemente pier and charming shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Overall the property is beautiful with a beautiful view. Marek was superb and very responsive. Very nice having beach chairs and umbrellas provided that we drove to San Clemente Beach. Loved having many bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of towels and beach towels was nice. Lots of kitchen space for cooking and hanging out. Although, the floors throughout the house were extremely dirty on arrival. Our socks were constantly black from dirt and after a toy went under the couch we noticed a ton of dirt and wrappers. It was not beach accessible at this time of year which was very disappointing. Due to beach construction the beeping trucks all day everyday were annoying. it is a beautiful home otherwise, and we had a good time.

The home was as advertised in pictures however did not have AC as described to have. Main area was comfortable but bedrooms were humid and stagnant. Properly was moderately clean but floors were dusty and fans they expected us to use were full of dust as well. Space was good views amazing! Hot tub malfunction while there but it was addressed in a timely fashion

The house was great, views were excellent, plenty of room. Property management was great at our walk through and responsive to the few needs we had. We didn’t realize there was no A/C but didn’t need it. Would book again.
