Luxury modern villa with private, heated pool near Split

Our host was very professional. Answered many questions for us. He also arranged for a chef to come in one night, it was excellent with lots of leftovers.

A brilliant start. Gentle welcome, very kind explanation of everything. House very good for so many people. Good separation of the rooms and kitchen. What we did find out and what was not described that you could have neighbours as this is a bigger house with other flat/s in. For us no problem.Location is brilliant and the view is amazing. You can walk to close restaurants and the beach. Car is recommend for trips. Enough parking space available for 3 cars. House was well equipped. Barbeque can be used as well. Pool is sea water style, quite nice if you like it. What was unlucky that we didn't have had any parasol during our stay, means pool area could't be really used during the hot day. For that price i had at least expected a quick solution, but unfortunately we got none during our stay. Overall the house is worth it but you can see that the house is heavily used. The table outside was damaged and wasn't enough for 11 people. We found a broken part of it in the cellar and used it as well to get everyone around the table. I don't want to complain too much, we had a nice stay. For the future i would recommend to the host, based on the price range for this house, to refurb a little bit before new guests are coming into the house. Thank You

The property was very large and private. Lots of space and the patio and pool were great. The best part was the host. He was very attentive and helped us find our way around the area. The location is very residential so not the active hustle of the city so our rental car was essential to get the most out of the location but we had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and towns.

Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much.

The house was very nice and clean and had everything that we could have imagined. The pool was very good and the house had an amazing view. Every process like checking in and checking out went very smoothly as well.

We didn't stay in this house, but in another house from the same owner. The owner didn't speak english so we had the main contact with the son who was friendly and helpful. Some problem with the website when we booked, so the price didn't match with the Swedish website which was annoying. The house was really big and nice for us 13, two familys and a friend. Nice kitchenarea, grill and pool with a lot of space. 10 min walk from the see with a really nice beach. A minus for the horrible traffic through the town in to Split, but it didn't bother us to much. We had a nice stay and are satisfied! We can really recommend the house!

Couldn’t fault this property - modern, clean, fantastic views and great amenities including the fabulous pool. Iva and her family are perfect hosts and were very kind to us. Would recommend this property if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday close to the beach with some good restaurants close by.

Perfect for young adults. You can have some privacy in your rooms and bathrooms and still connect in the living room and pool.
