Our Beachhouse Four Seasons (with fast Wi-Fi) is one of the most beautiful houses in Villaparc Duynopgangh with a large garden and lots of sun and privacy. Spacious and quiet park, at less than 500 m from the beach and the sea near lively resorts.

The greatestplot in the Park: 700 m2. Living area 140 m2. Detached, thatched holiday villa. Large wooden terrace facing south, where you can sunbathe all day on lounge beds. Our house is the only one in the park with two double doors to the large wooden terrace. The garden borders a large pond with extra wooden terrace where man can see the ducks. (No swimming or fishing possible). The pond from the plot is not secured / fenced. In the garden are a thatched barn with 2 rentable Koga Miyata top tour bikes (25, - / week) and teak garden furniture. Delicious barbecue on the garden table with the Weber Q1400 Electrogrill!

The house has a large bright living room with a large fully equipped designer kitchen with stove Boretti - ideal for even cooking delicious! - And many kitchen appliances. The stove - with plenty of firewood - makes for cozy warm hours. The house is decorated with beach wood and shells, so the holiday feeling is increased directly by the sea! The apartment is occupied top and bottom with a warm oak flooring, cabinets are made of the same wood to size. On the ground floor there is a toilet and a utility room with a new washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed, and a master bedroom with 2 adjustable single beds, extra long (90x220cm). Design bathroom (with additional WC) with lots of light. Bed linen and towels can be rented or you can bring your own. (25, - PP total period) baby pack available (25, -).

The villa is fully equipped with many personal items for the use of guests. The windows all around and extra-wing door to the living room with wooden deck provide plenty of light.

In the large garden you go on mussel paths and in the evening there is atmospheric lighting with 15 garden lamps. 20 pine trees and 5 large pastures provide for your privacy.
At the front of the house there are 2 parking on private property.
WiFi available (700Mbit / s). Smart TV (HDMI) and 6 German channels.

Please: No smoking in the apartment. No pets. No parties. No fireworks in the park.

This exclusive house can be rented per week: arrival Saturday at 16:00 clock, departure Saturday at 10:00 clock. Changeover day is on Saturday. Maximum 4 people. Rental price inclusive of final cleaning and Fewo-Direkt ServiceFee.

Our caretaker Yvonne Huijnen will receive kindly and hand over the keys. Please call her an hour before your arrival.
