Luxury Family Villa with private heated pool, putting-green and tennis court

Lovely villa. Extremely clean throughout, excellent pool which was cleaned mid week and heated to the perfect temperature, towels changed mid week too. Comfy beds and pillows, very spacious and well equipped throughout. Would accommodate 8 adults easily, lovely grounds, great base to explore the region, nice restaurants nearby, close to supermarkets. Fantastic facilities; table tennis, pool table, table football, tennis, mini golf and great Wifi. The photos do not do it justice.Could maybe have included instructions for the TV, etc, as we couldn't get it to work, though sure that a text to the host would have been enough to answer any questions (we just streamed instead). Some of the locks on the doors/windows were a little temperamental and drainage was slow in sinks and showers after the first day. None of that would put us off staying again though as the villa itself was so wonderfully clean and comfortable. The only issue was the dogs barking on and off, day and night next door. It did not bother me or my daughter, but my husband is a light sleeper and it did disturb him.A big thank you to the cleaning team who really had done a great job! I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

Great stay for a super relaxing family vacation. Quiet location yet close to everything you need. Superb garden, heated pool, tennis court. The house has all the necessary amenities. The host was very professional and efficient, especially in resolving any minor issues we had. I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

What a superb villa with so many fun activities to doBeautiful garden - very private and felt like an oasis within the surrounding area. Particularly enjoyed the pool, playing pool and the golf.

Amazing property for a group of friends ir family. Property was just like the listing photos. Pool is fantastic, outdoor pool table a big hit for having a few refreshments outside. Short drive to beaches, malls and supermarket.

Beautiful villa in good location, which we would definitely choose to stay at in the future.Lovely and clean on arrival and pool maintenace and pool cleaning was carried out during our stay too, as well as thorough cleaning of the villa. Perfect for our family stay though some children's inflatables and toys would be very helpful. Neighbouring dogs were chained up and barked throughout the night. It would be very helpful too to have had some written guidance as to when the rubbish bins were collected and if we had to remove our own rubbish at the end of the stay.The host was very good at responding quickly to our queries and any minor issues we had during our stay were resolved quickly.

Stayed for week and there wasn't a single night that barking dogs didn't wake us. The neighbour where dogs are, some are tied to a tree and bark constantly.

This place for perfect for our family holiday. It ticks all the boxes with games and facilities. We loved it. Thankyou so much

We loved the tennis court, table tennis, swimming and pool table and spent a lot of time playing the games. The tennis court is very good. There were tethered dogs in the property next door that were quiet during the day but barked at night however because we were just 2 people we chose the bedroom where you couldn't hear them. It was really great to have bedding changed and fresh towels during the stay. Would choose this property again. So much fun to be had.

Lovely villa with excellent facilities. Ideal for families as the garden and games on offer were above the average. Well maintained and managed. One disappointment was no food or day to day items made available.

This villa was fabulous for a large family getaway. The bedrooms are massive! The kitchen is massive and has table and chairs in also. The grounds are stunning and kept beautiful maintained. The pool needs a little TLC but certainly didnt affect the fun we had! The villa hosts / contacts were super efficient and so friendly. Would certainly recommend!

Thsi villa is just amazing and Lucia was very firendly and very helpful. The villa was immaculate, the garden was huge and absolutely pristine and very well kept. The pool was very nice and kept clean. The bed linen and towels were changed very regulary which was a nice touch. we had a small issue with one of the air con units in the bedroom - I reported it to Lucia and within a few hours they had visited and replaced the entire air con system in that bedroom - first class service. This is a gem of a villa and we would definetly stay here again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t even do the house justice - even better in real life! The garden is stunning - facilities are great with pool, table tennis, putting green, pool table, tennis court and built-in bbq. Service of the owner was impeccable - very responsive and super nice. House was cleaned often - not much more we could have asked for!!! Location of the house also great - close to town of almancil (could even walk), and quiet neighborhood- no noise of highway or railway.
