Luxury Family Villa - NO Rear Neighbors - South Facing Large Deck

House was very clean upon entering as was pool and spa. Spacious rooms and double lounge areas made for well appreciated space.Would highly recommend. Start to finish, from my first contact with host to when I locked up to leave, couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience!

Heroes Vacation Home was everything we expected of the villa and more. Spacious, clean, comfortable and nice location. The complex Club House was also a great place, with friendly and helpful staff, the icing on the cake for our family holiday.

Well what can I say......I have been going to Orlando and America for the best part of 20 years and stayed in 5 star Hotels, Disney Hotels, Virgin Villas and Private villas and this by far IS THE BEST. Even down to the service that the host provided was 2nd to non!! We've just returned from staying in their beautiful home for 3 weeks and ive already booked again and will not be going anywhere else!!! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and well maintained and looked after, as is the complex. The location is perfect for Disney and all the parks and for beach trips, the i4 is close in proximity to just about anywhere in Florida. Safe to say we would highly recommend this villa as your home from home (and it literally does provide EVERYTHING) and you're sure to have the most amazing experience, as we did......thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us!! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the villa. Location is great and the villa itself was fantastic! Outside area is perfect - not overlooked & great size with outdoor couches & tv a real bonus when you need a break from the sun! Inside villa is great, clean & tidy with everything you need. Chris, the owner, was a brilliant support throughout booking & during our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa 100% ?

From someone who has traveled to Florida many times and booked various villas over the years this villa is up there with one of the best, what puts the cherry on the top is the owner Chris. Chris can not do enough to help he is fabulous, lots of helpful tips from getting shopping delivered to villa to park tickets. The combination of a superb villa with everything and Chris is just fantastic. I would advise anyone to book you will not be disappointed. We will be back hopefully next year.

We had a fabulous stay at Heroes homes . The layout was perfect for our family. A lot of care was taken to provide security. Daily garbage pickup and the efficiency of the gated community was great. Special attention to bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms , lots of beach and showering towels. The bedrooms and home were as described. Full kitchen and the option to rent a barbeque were a plus for a large group. Even though you need to purchase garbage bags toilette paper etc it was nice to have start left by the owner. We opted for heated pool and hot to. Which was the highlight of the stay for all the kids. Disney is close as well as a great shopping mall. There is a discount store for food called BJs which we purchased a years membership for 20.00 and just had to cancel before we left to stop recurring yearly charges . The process was a breeze … and the cheaper prices a bonus. Location is great with lots of options for fun nearby. The owner was amazing and responded quickly !!! Would definitely return and recommend this place as top notch !!

The home is absolutely stunning with plenty of space and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and finished to a high standard Really convenient for all of the parks and situated in a lovely community

I'll be totally honest, I was a little sceptical when I booked this as you hear horror stories about booking villas through the web rather than through a travel agent. The owner kept me informed all the way through, answering any questions I had promptly. I booked the villa for a party of 12 and when we arrived the size, position and facilities scored me major 'brownie points' with the family. It's spacious and has everything you could want/need and at such a competitive price for what you get. But don't take it from me - here's some comments from the family that they gave me when I asked them for their thoughts: HMW - Felt like home, welcoming with many home comfortsFamily friendly, secure and plent of information provided prior to departure from UK. AJM - Safe and secure. Safe feeling neighbourhood. The main pool and complex (gym, bar etc.) are superb and well worth a visit. PJW - Nicely laid out, lovely pool & hot tub. Wellequipped and space for everyone. OMW - Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of space for the whole family. Comfortable beds and sofas and superb power showers. To sum up - everything is pretty much thought through with plenty of everything you're likely to need (especially towels). And with help on site should you have any issues, and the owner just a message away at all times, it sets your mind at peace. Would I stay here agian? Abso-bloody-lutely. Fantastic 6 out of 5.

Firstly, the accommodation was exactly how it looked online. Very clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. The children loved the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the adults had space to relax and take time out on their own if needed. My favourite chill out zone was the blue sofa upstairs, so comfortable and correctly described as a sleeping pill by the owner! I like a wee nap on rest days. The resort itself felt very safe and the Soleterra amenities are perfect when you want a chilled day away from the parks. The parks were between 30-45 minutes by car, depending on the time you travelled. Champions Gate was a short drive away, where we’d go for Publix, or a choice of restaurants and take away venues. Secondly, the owner Chris. He was by far the best owner, we’ve rented a villa from. Very attentive, from answering questions about the villa to guiding us through our first hurricane experience. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation.

We stayed at the villa in August, we were blown away. It’s an absolutely beautiful home away from home. Chris the owner could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Very nice holiday - plenty of space - lots of crockery and cutlery - pool great and clubhouse too! Daily garbage collection excellent, Owner gave a late check out and was very responsive to our messages.

Recently stayed at the heroes vacation home on the Soltera resort Davenport and have to say it is the best villa we have stayed at in Florida. The villa was spotless and had all the home comforts required to make our stay the most pleasurable we have had during all our holidays to Florida. The location is ideal for all your trips to Disney and Universal parks with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive or Uber cab. Communication from Chris the owner was always prompt and informative. I would highly recommend this villa for your vacation to Florida.

We just got back from a ten day vacation staying at this spacious family retreat in Davenport, FL. The house is very spacious with lots of room for multiple families, especially because it has three master bedrooms. Checking into the house was very easy and directions were very accurate. The door is automatically set to let you in right at 4:00 p.m. We got there a little early and tried the code at 3:59 p.m. and it wouldn't work, lol. We enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the private pool as well as cooking our own meals in the updated modern kitchen. The ice maker was one of the best ice makers I've seen in a vacation home. The owner was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process from booking to checking in and out. He was also very informative and offered many suggestions for activities to do in the Orlando area if you've never been there before. He provided top notch customer service

This is the second time we have stayed at Heroes Vacation Home and are already looking to book again! We absolutely love this beautiful villa. It is in the perfect setting. Modern, spacious and excellently well equipped, it really does tick all the boxes. Our children love the themed bedrooms and the swimming pool. Chris is always so helpful throughout the booking process, answering any questions and offering advice and tips. We highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to returning for our third stay in the coming years!
