Stayed Mar 12, 2025My group enjoyed our retreat stay at this property. There are plenty of bedrooms, so everyone enjoyed their own space, and the back patio was great. One note, though: If you book this property (or any within the Watersong community) coordinate the transportation for all of your guests ahead of time to only have two to four drivers for your stay. This particular property can only hold 2 vehicles, so plan that accordingly. I'm grateful to our host Tom for his graciousness and patience as we navigated that part. I appreciate Tom's responsiveness through the app. He answered all my questions and contacted me when any time-sensitive adjustments were necessary.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023This villa was advertised as a luxury property. I took my family of 16 for a Christmas celebration to Florida.The communication prior to the holiday was awful and it took several calls to Vrbo 48 hours before we were due to fly (when the host eventually gave us access codes to the property). When we arrived, the villa was tired and grubby. The whole property was poorly equipped for 16 people. The toilets were disgusting and we couldn't use the outdoor furniture (as it was so dirty and worn). Vrbo should remove it from their listings immediately to prevent other families from being disappointed and wasting a substantial amount of money .

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The host canceled last minute, check in was at 5pm and i received an email at 2:22 pm advising cancelation with a generic reason stating there was property damage or a natural disaster. We had the worse time rebooking with Vrbo. The only option was to pay for new booking while the refund from the host was pending. The house was booked well in advance probaly 3 months.. I had 16 ppl in my party that came in from philadelphia. I was compelled to pay for a hotel room for the first 2 nights. Until we found a other house w another platform

Stayed Mar 27, 2021We booked this property well in advance of our travel date. As the trip approached, the owners became less and less responsive to questions. They cancelled our reservation 2 hours prior to check in while we were flying to Orlando. They claimed COVID related problems with the management company. We did stop by the property and the security guard told us there were no issues with COVID and there were other renters in the property. Would not recommend dealing with this property.
