Luxury Cozy Villa :Home away from home

Lovely property, the pool area was not overlooked at all, and the area had a very safe feeling. The host Rihal responded immediately to our enquiries and was extremely helpful.

We are a military family that was looking for a vacation with friends. This location did not disappoint. The house was clean and had just what we needed. We went during December timeframe and ordered the pool to be heated and it was pleasantly warm. We visited Universal and Sea World and it was about a 45 min drive when considering traffic in the morning. Near a Publix and a couple fast food places.

We were a family of eight, and we found this home in Davenport to be spacious and well apportioned. The game room was a big bonus for us! The home itself is nice and well furnished, with all the necessities, including kitchen items. It would be great for any length of stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location, not too far from all that Orlando has to offer, and near shopping areas for anything that is needed. Communication with the owners was excellent, making check in and check out easy.

The house was great, we really enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable. Not far from most of what we had planned for ourselves. The back yard space was our happy place.

This home was very spacious , had everything you needed.I was impressed how we had a few trash bags , dishwashing tablets , laundry pods, etc.., other homes i have stayed didn’t go out of their way to leave us a few welcome items. The location is so close to stores, restaurants and not much of a long drive to the theme parks . As a manager of a cleaning company for 10yrs, this home is very cleaned , 5 star rating. we opted out having the pool heated ,the children didn’t mind the cooler water, they were too busy having so much fun swimming. The game room was a nice extra bonus for fun. I recommend staying in this home during your vacation.

We spent a relaxing month in this very comfortable, well maintained and very clean home. All of the furnishings were quite comfortable and more than adequate for the 4 of us plus entertaining a few guests. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked with any cooking equipment or utensils you could want. If you are a family with children, there is a vast amount of child related equipment. Communication with the owner and their management team was very prompt, consistent and resulted in immediate remediation of any problem encountered. This owner has taken extreme care in securing this home and there are alarms on every door and window - reassuring but does not enable you to open any windows to let air circulate instead of using air conditioning and the slider door to the pool area is alarmed as well - an annoyance but we understand a state mandate. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing - no wild parties, no racing cars down the street - a truly peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our monthlong stay - very convenient location to shopping, dining and Disney.

The property was very spacious and accommodating. my family enjoyed it very much and the property manager Margaret was very helpful with a few small challenges we encountered. overall, a very nice experience. i would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home to stay at.

The property was very nice. The kids had a blast in the pool that was well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here

The stay was good, but all bedrooms needed a upgrade on the TVs, and the AC in the Game room did not work. The outside Grill was very dirty, we had to clean the grill and buy a new propane tank. We also fix pool table, it was off balance.The outside fan worked, but the light did not work. Overall it was a nice Villa Thank you

The property was nicer in person and fit our family of 8 comfortably. Kitchen essentials could be updated to accommodate for a larger group. Ver nice, quiet neighborhood.
