Luxury Beachfront Villa, renovated, Pet Friendly, includes Amenity Cards

Total communication, no questions posed because all were answered in advance.Condo exactly as advertised; very quiet just what we were looking for.

Lovely view of coastal waters. Very close to beach. Kitchen well stacked. Keurig and regular coffee makers on site. Comfortable king size bed. Dishwasher worked really well. Hosts are very lovely and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This condo was everything advertised. Great sunset views from the back porch. Very roomy for a 1-bedroom and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Location is also great - a short walk or bike ride to the restaurants, pool complex, and golf course. We hope to be back!

Beautiful and perfectly clean, everything we needed to enjoy a 10-day stay. Kitchen fully equipped, very comfortable beds, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sunsets. Perfect spot to enjoy nature and relax! Boardwalks make access to the beautiful beach convenient, and an enjoyable walk. I also felt very safe on the grounds and on the island in general, with my kids, even when I had to run out to the grocery store (conveniently located) late in the evening. I would highly recommend this property and I’m definitely hoping to return soon! It’s now my kids’ favorite vacation spot.

Amazing all the way around. Super clean, tidy, and well put together. The view was stunning. I have no complaints. Every interaction I had with the owners was very pleasant. This property is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay and Ron and Diane were wonderful! The view of the river from the deck was to die for and the perfect place for morning coffee. We saw so many dolphins throughout the day. The villa is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could need for a week. The kids loved the beach toys and there are also beach chairs and umbrellas we used daily. We will definitely be back!

Great Sunsets and star gazing at night

Hosts were very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach toys and boogie board provided, so no need to pack your own. Ample amenities and supplies. Bring your own Keurigs or coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and scenic.

Seabrooke is beautiful and so is the Villa

A wonderful few days relaxing and unwinding in a quiet, serene location. Our unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Location was perfect with easy access to wedding venue, restaurants, shops and beach.

This condo is well-maintained and updated. The owner is easy to get ahold of and accommodating. The views are great, we were a couple hundred yards from the beach. The stay included amenity cards which gave us access to the club down the road. The club is less than half mile, easily walkable and included a private beach area, two pools, two golf courses and the three club restaurants. Perfect place for a couple or family of four.

Seabrook is a favorite and loved staying here. Beautiful sunsets and early morning walks with a porpoise were wonderful!

The condo was very relaxing and the views are beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the ease of feeling at home, the bed was comfortable and kitchen had what you needed. Seabrook Island has a lot to offer and to do.

We loved waking up to the ocean (and wildlife) views! We saw Dolphins from Pelican Beach and LOVED the nightly sunsets!

Our little family had a great time enjoying the beach and sunsets from the porch. Short walk to the beach was easy with young kids. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The nightly sunsets were wonderful to watch from the living room and porch. Ron was very responsive to questions/requests. We will definitely come again.
