Welcome to our Attitash Mountainside Townhouse. Ski in/Ski out right from the back porch! Our recently renovated (2022) home is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. With 2 living rooms, the kids can spread out downstairs while the parents sit upstairs in front of the gas fireplace and make lifelong memories. In the warmer months, bike or hike right from the house and enjoy the rushing stream right off the back porch. You will have access to the Attitash Mountain Pool as well!

Stayed Jan 7, 2026Forty Mountainside was absolutely beautiful! Clean, well-cared for, modern, and all the amenities promised. We even grilled! The management company was responsive and personable. It felt like a home away from home. One notable: Our reservation stated the unit slept 10 and the welcome book stated the same. Upon arrival, I inquired about the 10th bed and was told the unit slept 9. It wasn't an issue as one family member was unable to make it up to North Conway. Noting for the future.Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to reserving space in 2027!
