LUXURY AIR-CONDITIONED VILLA WITH SEA VIEW 5 BED 10 PEOPLE WI FI

Just returned from three lovely weeks at this beautiful villa. We were sorry to leave. The villa is beautiful, with amazing views. The kitchen is impressively equipped, with more than enough equipment. All was very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool. The maintenance manager (Nicholas) was so helpful when we had a few issues. Only suggestions for improvement we have; it would be helpful if we had been given the key code number when collecting the keys and a larger TV would have been nice.

We stayed again this year. Beautiful villa, great location, private and peaceful. Only 5 minute drive to the beach. We all had a great time

The villa was perfect for our families needs with everything we needed to have a fantastic week away in lovely Jarvis.

This is a lovely house in the main. It is very well stocked and the rooms and gardens are lovely. Finding the place to pick up the keys was a bit difficult and I would have appreciated slightly more info on where to go & park as it wasn’t obvious. We were a family of 2 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a saviour but got dirty very quickly even when we showered before swimming, and despite the pool boy turning up twice, remained very cloudy and dirty. The house is not suitable for young children however. Babies yes, but take any mobile child under the age of 6 and you will spend the whole holiday trying to stop them fall off balconies or wander into open pool maintenance rooms and generally lose them in the maze like house. Once they are old enough to be trusted to not kill themselves, it would be perfect. Generally we loved our stay and would happily go again. Dominique was very responsive to questions and helpful.

Great accommodation, amazing views. Has everything you need to have a great holiday. So much fun in the pool. Just note the shallow end is about 4ft 6ins. Very private and communication was excellent.

This house is in an absolutely stunning location at the top of the hill looking down towards Arenal beach and across to Montgo via the Old Town. The pool is big and deep enough to dive into without fear of hitting the bottom. Inside the house is laid out around a central courtyard , with 4 bedrooms downstairs and the master one with a stunning view looking out over Javea from the wrap-around terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (including some utensils & appliances that I still have no idea what you’d use them for!), and the A/C to all bedrooms and the living area was an absolute godsend last week when temps hit 42 deg! The supermarket (Consum) is a quick 5 min drive and the beach is 9 mins tops (you won’t be able to walk there or back by the way). Communication with the owner was exceptional as they were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We absolutely loved this house with its location, amenities and proximity to all the great parts of Javea. If we come back next year we will definitely look to rebook this house as there’s nowhere better for the price (in my opinion).

The villa is very well located with an amazing sea view in a peaceful area. The house is large and comfortable fully equipped with premium appliances, fresh and large rooms and many terraces with different atmospheres. At the same time, you have Sol e Sombra all the day to satisfy the ones who prefer sun and the others more likely to rest with fresh air. I highly recommend this place for unforgettable holidays.
