Luxury, spacious 3 bed villa in superb location within Adonis Village at the 5 star Aphrodite Hills resort, Paphos. The villa is located on the edge of the western ravine, and it is only 5 minutes walk to the main resort facilities such as the restaurants, bars, golf, tennis and spa. The resort is large (over 15km of roads) and many other villages or villa locations in the resort involve a long walk or a drive to get to the facilities (so make sure you check before you book!). The Adonis Village communal pool is only 30 seconds away, but completely hidden and child-safe as it is up a flight of steps. The pool gets the sun all day long from early morning into the evening. Plenty of sunbeds are available with your choice of sunny or shaded areas by the pool. Note that the pool operates from April to end of October.

The villa is ideal for couples, families or groups. The three bedrooms are spacious - two doubles (with king size beds) and one triple (three single beds). The master bedroom can easily accommodate a cot (available at no extra charge), and two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. There is also a double sofa bed in the downstairs hall which can accommodate an extra two guests if required (note that this is in the hall, not in a bedroom!).

In low season, we're often happy to rent out for short stays such as long weekends, so please do enquire. Also, we're happy to offer special deals for longer stays of 3 - 4 weeks.

On the ground floor, the spacious living/dining room opens directly onto a large terrace with spectacular views of the ravine and down to the sea - with a sofa, chairs and coffee table, an outdoor dining table and gas barbecue. There is a second terrace on the lower floor, with steps down to a third terrace which leads onto a small garden planted with mature shrubs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the utensils and crockery items you would normally have at home.

The resort has won many awards including the Best Mediterranean Family Resort at the World Travel Awards 2013.

The resort boasts a 5 star Hotel (operated as a Sensatori Resort from Easter to October), a Cabell B. Robinson designed Par 71 Championship Golf Course, 3 hole Golf Academy, a Tennis Academy with 9 floodlit courts, a world renowned Spa, the Dream Team Soccer School, Horse Riding School, Gyms, Restaurants, Shops and Bars.

The villa itself is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The extensive terracing allows for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The interior is spacious and well lit.

All 3 Bedrooms are large and have extensive wardrobe and drawer space. Both bathrooms have powerful showers. There is air conditioning and heating in every room. The communal pool is within 50m but is unobtrusive as it is up a flight of steps, so can’t actually be seen from the villa.

For stays of a week or longer we provide a complementary welcome pack of essentials such as bread, tea, coffee, spread, wine etc. For shorter stays, a welcome pack can be arranged if desired at a small extra cost.

The Hotel: The Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel offers an array of dining opportunities in the finest choice of settings, from an informal outdoor poolside grill to an exclusive indoor fine dining experience. The hotel's many bars equally tempt guests from the comforts of lounging indoors to the elegance of sipping champagne out on the deck, looking out at the sunset over the Mediterranean. The hotel features a 151-square-metre heated indoor / outdoor pool - for an extra charge, payable to the hotel this can be enjoyed by villa guests outside of the Easter - October period (during which time you can of course use the communal Adonis Village pool which is right beside the villa). Contemporary and elegant, the Hotel is set in an area steeped in culture, mythology and tradition.

The Retreat Spa and Wellness Centre: Voted the world’s third best resort spa by Homes Overseas Magazine, The Retreat was used by the British Olympic Team during their preparation for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Set in fragrant gardens with refreshing water features, a heated swimming pool and hydro pools overlooking the Mediterranean. The Retreat takes its architectural inspiration from the great baths of Ancient Greece and Rome. At the heart of the Spa, stone colonnades run around a central courtyard, creating an authentic location for the theme. This suite of progressively warmer rooms and pools, tempered by cooling showers and a frigidarium, recreates the classic Roman bathing ritual to detoxify the system, stimulate the circulation and refresh the body. At the Aphrodite Hills Tennis Academy guests can enjoy playing & receive professional tuition and coaching. For the more active guests, there is a well equipped gym with an extensive range of cardio and strength training equipment.

Cyprus’ climate makes it the perfect holiday villa rental location:

Long hot summers and short mild winters make Cyprus the perfect holiday destination, while the island's long history provides plenty of fascinating sites of interest for visitors to explore. An island of contrasts, the countryside of Cyprus extends from beautiful beaches to the splendour of the Troodos mountain range and the stunning Akamas National Park. The countryside is dotted with small villages where time seems to have stood still and old men sit outside coffee shops watching the world go by. You might even see a donkey tethered nearby. Head for the coast and you'll soon discover why Cyprus is one of the Europe's leading holiday destinations. Stunning beaches and excellent facilities make for a memorable vacation and few people can resist the temptation to dive into the cool blue of the Mediterranean. The Cypriot people are very outgoing and hospitable. Stop in any village and don't be surprised if you are invited to someone's house for coffee.

The villa was very well located in the fantastic Aphrodite Hills district. Stephen, the owner was always very quick to respond to any queries which was great. The views from the villa are great. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return. Aphrodite Hills is absolutely amazing. Golf, restaurants, padel, tennis, football are all on site to a high standard. There is a Costa, a Hagen das, a supermarket (pricey but handy) pharmacy all on site. Great place for a holiday. 5

We stayed at Stephen’s Adonis Village junior villa for a week. The villa was located almost next door to the communal pool, which was uncrowded, in pretty surroundings and well serviced. The villa itself had three bedrooms across two floors, with an attractive balcony and terrace with extensive views across the ravine. The property was very well resourced, more like a home rather than a rental. The property was very clean and tidy and was located very close to resort amenities at the village square and hotel.

Lovely 3 bed villa perfectly placed near the pool in terms of access yet never heard any noise as the villa is set a level down from the pool. Lovely clean place and well set up for holiday letting. Resort has all you need in terms of restaurants, pharmacy, small supermarket. We did have a car to venture out a bit further. Not a necessity but nice to have to go and explore local villages and we found lovely local restaurants in Kouklia and Pissouri Bay, etc

Can’t fault the villa that we stayed in. We taxied it from the airport and this was 15mins. It may be an idea to get the true location on your phone for google maps just as back up for the driver. The cleanliness was spot on when we arrived and the system used for the entrance key works as it can be available to others who are coming or going at differing times. All that you need is present in the villa including info for what to do and where to visit. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. The kitchen has all you need concerning appliances etc. The outside space is spacious and well furnished and is shaded and cool in the afternoon/evening. The buses aren’t bad and you can get a timetable from the golf centre reception. They are cheap and punctual. The 631 goes to Kouklia then onto Paphos. Ask the driver to let you know when you’re approaching the Kouklia bus stop(it’s 10mins away and up the hill off the main road) It’s a five min walk from the bus stop. Pissouri is lovely and well worth a visit. If you go out of school holidays you’ll have the pool virtually to yourself. It’s a five min walk to the village square which has various restaurants and a couple of bars but you’ll pay a bit more than at the villages. If you hire a car go to a supermarket out of the way a bit as it will be a lot cheaper. All said and done I’d definitely recommend the villa.

Would highly recommend this villa. The villa was well furnished and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony taking in the views. It's clear the owners have given great thought and care to make sure everyone's stay is the best it can be, from the detailed instructions, to the kitchen equipment and general setup. Everything was lovely and clean. It's also located in one of the best spots at Aphrodite Hills, walking distance to the amenities, near the pool and not overlooked. Stephen was very quick to come back to us if we had a query about anything. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in !

We really loved our stay here. I was surprised how well equipped the property was! We were 6 adults and 2 kids (travel cot was available for our small one). Our parents were picked up at the airport by a taxi driver (Stephen recommended us Drivenet Cyprus / Cyprus Taxi, 6 seat car, 120 EUR), we (the rest) had a rental car (driving on the left was adrenaline). It was easy to find the Vila. Even thought, the traffic directional signs could be more consistent (Limassol=Lemesos). I appreciated that the staircase was secured with the bars (only on the top), there was also a kid chair adapter and plenty of toys and equipment to the water for the kids. The pool is super close, but it was cold (but always clean). In the kitchen we found everything that we needed and even more. There was something in every drawer in the Vila. Everyday we discovered something new. I was grateful that there were beach towels available (those take a lot of space). The bed linen and towels were changed in the middle of the stay. If we had problem, we either contacted Stephen directly or we got help via Aphrodite rentals. The shop/supermarket is about 10 minutes away always opened, little bit more expensive then in the city (we went usually shopping to Pissouri). In the village square there is really everything we needed + playground, minigolf, etc. Sadly, the water playground (small waterpark) is only for the hotel guest. We could not pay for the entrance even if we wanted. There was a problem with the water twice during our stay (we did not have to report it, somebody always came), lasting up to 5 h (water was not running). The closest beach is not really a beach, but more just a sea shore. We then went to Aphrodite Rock or Pissouri (closest). I liked Kourion beach. And Latsi beach (close to Akamas Peninsula) was also nice. We did not have time for Coral Bay (which should be sandy beach unlike those mentioned above). There is a bus 631 going to Aphrodite Rock and Paphos. There are no real timetables, only times when the bus leaves the two end station are available (and the total fare time. So one knows only approximately when the bus comes. From Aphrodites's Rock to Aphrodite's Hill it is around 5 minutes, 1.5 EUR per ride). There wasn't any kind of shuttle bus, and we did not find any organized day trips - but everything is available in Paphos. We visited the Paphos water park and went for turtle watching. Both great. We just loved it here!

We had a wonderful week here. The villa is beautifully presented and spacious, and probably the most well equipped place we have stayed from kitchen equipment to buckets and spades! The views from either of the balconies are lovely, the six of us spent many evenings sitting outside watching the sunset. And the pool for this collection of villas is right outside the front door of this one... during our week in October we almost always had the pool completely to ourselves. The infirmation packs from the owners were really exceptional and we were impressed by the restaurants we went to based on their recommendations. All in all a great stay.

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks with our 2 teenage boys, and were more then happy with it. The villa is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped Stephen and Deirdre have thought of everything. It is located in a great area within the resort, very close to the pool and within a short stroll to the village. The villa is spacious and has lovely big balconies with great views of the valley. The resort itself is attractively laid out and has a variety of restaurants , bars and a supermarket . There is also a Very nice spa . I would highly recommend This villa and the area for a very enjoyable holiday. !

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is just as good as the pictures and everything you need is provided. We have 2 young children so it was really great to have a cot/ highchair/ booster seat and plastic tableware available. The villa location is fantastic, really close to the swimming pool and facilities Aphrodite Hills has to offer. The resort itself is lovely, lots of restaurants to choose from and a playground. We ate lunch at the hotel a couple of times and used the pool/ splash park there. The spa is fantastic!! A real treat, you can use all the facilities for the day when booking a treatment. Stephen the villa owner is really helpful, he sent us lots of information before we went and was easy to contact during our stay for any queries we had. The onsite management team are also available quickly if required. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa!
