Luxury 3 bdrm Villa -Private Pool- Min. to the beach - Private Chef for hire

Hello everyone so let's get right to it . I'm a newbie to Casa Linda although I have friends who have came here , First mistake they made for me is false advertising, the villa i payed for and saw in my pictured listing and thought i was getting was totally NOT it !!! , secondly the property i ended up with is in dire need of a deep cleaning and the outside living space needs repairs , I went 3 days with no hot water to shower with and 2 with no gas to cook with ..they cleaned the rooms and bedrooms once for my entire stay (6 days) ,very poorly I might add, and never brought back anything like pool towels or regular towels without a phone call repeatedly, there are no washers or dryers in any units (to my understanding) terribly inconvenient to have to go all the way up front near reception to do so laundry service can be provided for a Kings ransom ,and thank God I brought bleach tabs for the pool which was cleaned once by staff, but daily by me. ? in short i Loved the heat and Sunshine being with family and new friends but highly disliked the services the staff provided besides Carlos Martinez and Jokelly the cook (you must hire her separately she does not come with your rental but she is an awesome cook ).! In short , be prepared to do some work to keep your rental up to your liking or some cooking to save a few bucks , the local supermarket isnt far away . Beyond that I would still stay again .
