Stayed Jul 13, 2025We just spent a week at your gorgeous home. It's huge and looked amazing, perfect for our group of 18. Bedrooms were great, beds comfy, and the kitchen was super stocked – a huge plus. Parking for 7 cars was handy. The private pool was small, but the community pool was a nice option.Your staff was so quick to fix things like molded shower curtains, a broken fan, worn pans, a pool door lock, clogged sinks, and a backed-up tub. Their quick action was awesome, but we think more pre-checks could prevent these issues!The grill was dirty, so we couldn't use it. A quick clean-up before guests arrive would be great. Also, some bedrooms lacked dressers, guests had to live out of their suitcases, and upstairs Wi-Fi was flaky. Maybe some Wi-Fi extenders or an upgrade?Lastly, we got two different check-out guides, which was confusing. One clear guide would be much smoother!Our Thought for the Owners: We honestly think more regular, hands-on checks before guests arrive would be super helpful. This way, you can catch and fix little things, ensure everything's spotless, and guarantee smooth operations. One consistent set of instructions would also be a huge win.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house was very large however a lot of the small things like a game room and the availability of parking space and pool and hot area were compromised. The garage was used for storage which made parking for a large group difficult. There was no gaming area for kids only a pool table upstairs. We had the pool heated and the property management turned off our hot tub to conserve chlorine. However, this was not discussed before we paid for pool heating. There was limited washcloths and towels for each room. The toilet leaked constantly in an upstairs bathroom. There was no light inside the pool for swimming at night. There were broken chairs and beds that were not sturdy. There was trash left in garbage area from previous guest. The house was big but could have been better communication quality.
