Luxurious Villa with Panoramic View, Multiple Terraces and Large Pool

Excellent communication from the host - very professional!The Villa was just as we hoped and was a great place to spend a relaxing few days with friends.

Pros: The kids loved the pool at the villa. They were never out of it! The villa had everything and more, lovely outdoor space, very clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location was also great for us. Carlos was very accommodating, giving recommendations for days out and places to eat, all of which did not disappoint. Cons: The holiday wasn't long enough!

To start with I’d like to say thank you to Maxi the host for welcoming us and making sure our holiday went smoothly. He was on hand to answer our questions and attend to our needs when required. The welcoming pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. To the villa, our main reason for choosing this one was the outdoor space, pool size and location to town and we weren’t disappointed with these aspects. There is adequate space for the 7 adults to sunbathe and sit in the shade, whilst the kids enjoyed the large pool. The walk into town is 25mins, we generally got cabs home and were roughly €5, so no real need to hire a car. With regards to the interior, it’s a shame that not all bedrooms have AC (appreciate it states this) however this does need to be considered as it makes sleeping more comfortable, should be a consideration for future investment. On that note the villa could do with a little TLC, there are a number of things that need repairing, replacing, modernising and adding to assist with comfort. However the villa was clean and tidy and was a great size for 7 adults and 2 children. Overall we had a great holiday

Very good location. The villa was amazing. Check in was super quick and easy. The host maintained contact throughout. The only downside was the WiFi. In this day and age where most things run off WiFi we felt it was a bit patchy in places. But other than that a fantastic villa an amazing location would deffo use again.

Pros: The house had a lovely pool and great sunbathing spots. A really good size for the 9 of us! Cons: We enjoyed everything

Hosts checked us in smooth and easy Unpacked as we wanted to go out for dinner Placed clothing on the shelves in the upstairs dressing room they got dirty and we had to wash them as the shelves wasn’t clean We were woken up every day with neighbours dogs so we had to leave the property to get away from the constant barking We paid over €183 to have to property cleaned once in 16 days No bedding changed just towels Property was very dated We were actually cold in the evenings as we turned heating on up to max but it was just blowing cold We couldn’t get any English Tv to have on when we got home after eating out We brought a new ironing board cover because the one there was ripped A lot of the bedroom lights upstairs wasn’t working or no bulbs in Kettle was actually quite dangerous as it doesn’t switch itself off and the sides get extremely hot . We did love our time in Lanzarote but we would of liked to of stayed in the villa to use the pool but wasn’t able to due to the 2/3 dogs constantly barking We chose a big villa for just the 2 of us thinking we could spend lots of time there relaxing and making the use of the pool and BBQ due to our hectic life at home with work commitments But sadly that wasn’t to be Very disappointed as there were no early morning relaxing lay ins which we were hoping for as we’re always up by 4.30am at home

Pros: Great villa with a fab pool . Villa was clean and so spacious and had everything we needed. Cons: Air condition is great in the master bedroom and large living room but would have been great to have had it in other bedrooms.

Pros: De buitenruimte is erg fijn en de villa ligt rustig en toch binnen 1,5 kilometer van Costa Teguise en zee/strand.

Just returning from 10 days, lovely spacious villa, long walk to town but short drive Great pool, all round great time. Just looking to book again ??
