Luxurious Villa with Panoramic Ocean View, Private Pool and optional Car

The property was an excellent find! From pick up service to checking out, we were well taken care of in this house with gorgeous views and wonderful accommodations. I would not stay anywhere else and highly recommend this place.

This was our 10th visit to Bonaire and our 2nd time staying here. Great property. Super clean and well laid out. Set up well for divers with several dunk tanks and places to dry gear and suits. Beautiful salt water pool and outdoor area. Much enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside while watching parrots and other birds. Property owner and manager very responsive to email and texts on Whats App. Unfortunately it is quite hot in common areas as the only areas that have ac's are the bedrooms. Also it is a pretty long drive to the south end of the island with a lot of traffic esp in the morning so if your focus is south end diving more than twice a day this may not be the place for you. We were content doing two morning dives and then grabbing lunch and hanging out by pool. No doubt we will plan on staying here again when we return to bonaire.

This property is well maintained and very private. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional property, relaxing, house is filled with the things you need to live there. Great kitchen, full of everything you might need. Two refrigerators, lots of coffee making options. The dive rinse tubs were perfect combined with dive closet was perfect for all of our diving needs. The property is very private, tucked back making for a relaxing place to be. The pool and grill set up made for a perfect place to relax after dives, make dinner and tell our stories about our day.

We are a diverse group. We have 4 divers and 2 sightseers. The diving group has a wonderful time and so did we. I especially loved the mornings on the upstairs terrace. The views are beautiful with birds and iguanas. Of course I named them all. And the evenings around the pool,,! Natalie the property manager is only a phone call away. Great stay.

The villa looked wonderful in the photos and it totally lived up to them! I didn't realize that the bedrooms were on the lower floor, and the living area upstairs, but that was fine. The living area has wonderful views to enjoy with the morning coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Presioso. The home was well-equipped and had a great set up for our scuba gear. The view from the patio is amazing. The location is perfect for divers - just minutes from Dive Friends shop and equally close to the northern and southern dive sites.

Set a little higher up, so you get the cooler breezes, but still have a beautiful view of the ocean. The home is just as advertised: fitted out for having meals in, and maintained well. Many places to lounge around: the deck on the front of the house, the deck on the back of the house, the patio by the pool—each furnished for sitting or dining or lounging. Communications from the host and the owner were both timely and informative. We opted to rent the loaner trucks en it was also very good.

This home is a gem situated on a lot that felt very private with panoramic views of the ocean. The primary bedroom bed was incredibly comfy and the air conditioner kept us comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the welcome snacks & drink were appreciated. There isn't a microwave - no big deal. There were many comfy seating areas to choose from. We loved watching all the birds - parrots, troupials, & doves and the sunsets were stunning. The pool was very private and nice to relax in after a day in the ocean. The dive rinse stations were also convenient. Home is about 8 mins from main downtown area. Owners & host were super helpful & responsive!

All communications, car replacement, snacks an beverages, clean view of the water was all wonderful. A NYE from the upper patio was an experience of a lifetime!

The highlights of this house are the views, the pool, and the peaceful surroundings. Roel and Nathalie were excellent to work with. Communication was great and they were very accommodating with the problems we had. The vehicle we rented from Roel was a bust and we lost several days of being able to travel freely. Not their fault but it was disappointing nonetheless. There is no microwave which I failed to notice in the listing. The AC is limited to the three bedrooms on the lower level. The kitchen and main living area is upstairs and with no AC it gets very hot and uncomfortable especially the first few days trying to adjust to the weather. My wife got stung by a scorpion that found its way into her shoe inside the home. That was a rough way to end 2024. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Bonaire.

The property is beautiful! It is in a neighborhood, but the landscaping makes it to where it is very private! The pool was wonderful, perfect to cool off in and relax. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need to cook with. Well stocked in seasonings too! We took advantage of the rental truck they offered and so glad we did. We used the truck to go around the island to all the different dive sites. We had a few, little issues but brought those to Nathalie attention so hopefully they are able to address those prior to the next visitors stay. They were having a “heat wave” while we stayed. Evidently this was cause to have rolling blackouts. According to locals it happens more frequently due to the growing population exceeding the power grids ability to keep up. We had 3 nights in a row where power was out for 5-7 hours. I won’t lie that was tough, especially in the middle of the night. Since power outages are a known thing on the island a generator would be a great addition to the house. Access to cleaning supplies would be a nice addition as well. We would have loved an all purpose cleaner to be able to wipe down the counters, sink, etc… especially after using the kitchen. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so plan meals accordingly. The kitchens heats up quickly and if the wind isn’t blowing in the right direction it gets hot quickly! Overall a wonderful experience.

We cannot say enough about this property. The view is amazing from each porch. There were times we did not know where to sit. We used the pool morning, noon and night. Do not miss this house.
