Description

Featuring a beautifully fenced infinity swimming pool, this cutting edge and minimalistically designed villa, with its geometric corners, high ceilings, broad windows and bright pastels, and by virtue of unique architecture built upon varying interconnected spaces and limestone floors, offers a warm and even surprisingly intimate atmosphere to its occupants.

The living space includes two very substantial master bedroom suites - one on each floor, two additional bedroom suites and a state of the art kitchen.

Much of the home's interior was designed especially for the project and includes natural stone slab floors, a 'floating' kitchen, CORIAN topped bathroom cabinets from Cosmic, and lighting from internationally
renowned designers such as Artemide and Mobiluce.

Many unique one-of-a-kind lighting designs created by the owners are also showcased. Most of the major items of furniture were commissioned especially for the project by some of Israel's leading furniture designers, and include an amazing centerpiece, a huge French oak dining table that seats four as comfortably as it does twenty. Throughout the villa are interspersed original works of art, which contribute greatly to the atmosphere.

The villa is very well located, less than a five minute walk to the synagogue and tennis courts, and an even shorter walk to the recently completed C Center, that features a very well stocked supermarket, restaurants and pub, a pharmacy, beauty center, florist, laundry, veterinarian etc, and is also five minute drive to the township center which offers another supermarket, post office, and optometrist as well as a fitness center. The locality offers scuba diving in the famous archaeological ruins of the ancient port which is part of the Caesarea National Park, where you can also find great seafood and Italian restaurants. The so-inclined will even find a Kosher restaurant there. The scenic walking routes to the port and also to the famous aqueduct beach are a local favorite.

Another attraction is the close by Or Akiva Mall is available for more serious shopping and even features a food market every Friday offering a diverse selection of Israeli and local gourmet items.

Brian and Alice were super fantastic hosts. The property is just gorgeous. Perfect for families. Perfect for adults and kids alike. I highly recommend choosing this property when you stay in Caesarea. Wonderful hosts. Wonderful town. And wonderful country!! ??

The house is spacious, well decorated and is very suitable for a family vacation. It has a good vibe, which must be attributed to the owners Brian and Alice. They are very friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in the preparation of our stay. The pool and terrace are lovely, we spent some beautiful evenings there sipping a glass of Israeli wine and enjoying some local delicacies. The location is very good; not too far from Ben Gurion airport and good to explore the middle and northern part of Israel. From here we visited the Caesarea Park, Akko, Nazareth and Tsipori. This property exceeds the hotels in this area. We will gladly stay here again.

My husband and myself had the pleasure and privilege of staying at the luxurious Villa that belongs to the lovely bergner couple. We were at awe by the spacious, modern yet warm and welcoming villa offered to us by the couple. The rooms, equipped with high end furniture and designed to delight the eyes gave us the feeling we were staying at a 5 star hotel yet with a homey sense. The couples premium and fine taste is apparent in each detail - from the art work that surrounds you to the custom made illumination created by the very talented couple - the feeling is that of a well thought of and a whole experience. My husband and I had a wonderful time and we definitely plan on being a return customer. Thank you!
