Luxurious villa Elena near Split with large swimming pool and private Chef

Long weekend had been organised since Nov 2022 as it was for my stag do .for 17 middle aged fellas Communication with Gorana & Mario was great and we used their contact Pieter to ferry us around who was also brilliant as nothing too much trouble for him . Villa was awesome and everybody was extremely happy with everything from cleanliness to facilities . A perfect place to stay if you have a large group of people in a lovely neighbourhood not far from Supermarket and beach . 17 ladies were very satisfied with our stay at Gorana's house! We were looked after all the time, and could contact her or Ivana at any time. The welcoming meal was a nice surprise, and the free dinner was also very good! Transport to and fro the house was comfortable and on time. Everything was so fine!! We could not have wished for anything more! Nice room, beds and bathrooms. A garden where we could pick plums and herbs! A short walk down to the beach, to the bus and to the shops! Even no problems with our very long shopping list!! So cupboards, fridge and feeser were full! We even got a present each when we left the villa!! Thank you Gorana!!

I booked for a hen party, the villa was absolutely perfect for 18 girls! Enough space for everyone and we had an amazing trip! Ivana couldn’t do enough for us and even brought her boyfriend round to light the barbecue for us! Which he then ended up cooking for us! Such lovely people! I couldn’t recommend this villa more, the only downside is the neighbours are a bit angry about noise and quick to complain but that’s okay as there is plenty of space inside after 11pm! We had a fabulous time! Would love to come back!

We had a group of 19 of us! This house was perfect! Beautiful scenery and the owner and concierge did anything we asked and were very helpful! One of the best vacations ever!

We booked the villa for 3 nights and we were amazed upon arrival. The villa lives up to everything it promises and more. The rooms are bigger and brighter than shown on the pictures and the view from the rooms on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor will take your breath away. Relax at the pool or one of the many spots the house has to offer. This is truly a hidden gem. The house offers a spot for dinner with a “grill house” and a sun deck giveng a view of Split down the hill. In the evening, you have a fantastic sun set from the sun deck or one of the many balconies giving you maximum sun light during the whole day. The house is perfect for sharing with friends or family. We were a separate group and the villa is the perfect setting for sharing without having the feeling of no privacy. Now that you have the perfect setting for your holiday or event, you shouldn't stop there. Ask the caretaker Ivana to set you up with a private chef or arrange an excursion to one of the many attractions Split and the surrounding area has to offer. The chef is a perfect way to relax and enjoy a holiday evening together with your friends and family. The chef will prepare nice local food at the villa and a waiter will make sure the food is ready. We had the chef cook up 4-5 dishes and had the caretaker Ivana fill up the fridge with ice-cold Rosé and white wine. This was the perfect beginning of our four fantastic days at the villa. I can also highly recommend a trip to one of the many national parks with the waterfalls or renting a yacht to go sailing to one of the many island outside Split. The only thing bad I have to say is the fact that we had to leave again. I can only recommend Villa Elena and especially the caretaker Ivana. She made everything happen and had a solution when needed. Thank you Ivana.

Group of 19 of us visited the Villa for 3 nights. Warm and friendly welcome from the hosts. The Villa itself is high quality with a fantastic Pool area and comfortable living facilities. Will definitely be returning.

House was absolutely beautiful, much more beautiful in life than in pictures.When we came to the villa, the owners served us complimentary drinks and food of autochthonous dishes that were specific to the area, that was very tasty. Villa is located at the very entrance to Split near the beach some 3 minutes walk from the villa. We rented out a car but we later realized that it was not necessary because the center is very close and the taxi is very cheap , the bus station is only a few minutes walk away from the villa itself. The view from the room itself is spectacular and is has plenty of outdoor space. We came in a slightly cooler period but there was no problem as the pool was heated. Villa gave us a luxury that we could not even imagine, we even had a maid in the morning and a maid-she was fantastic. Thank you Gorana and Ivana for everything and we will certainly be back again
