This property was amazing! We were looking for a multi generational place for family to gather and celebrate a big birthday and a wedding. Because there were two large gathering areas, one outside and one inside, people arriving from the airport could visit with us before going to their hotel and it made for a wonderful chance to have some long cozy conversations. There was even a third room which we didn’t even use because the other was so spacious! The outside area was everything we could have hoped for and more. Sitting on lounge furniture or at the table, while listening to the falling water from the hot tub was very relaxing and just what the doctor ordered. We had so much fun playing games and talking we ended up cooking at the house a few times instead of eating out so we could continue the conversations around the kitchen island! This house was an A VRBO! A super gathering place!

We had a great stay at this property, it’s beautiful home, very clean and spacious for 20 Adults. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and basic groceries. The seating and sleeping arrangements are amazing and everyone were able to sleep comfortably. Baha is an absolute sweetheart who was always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this property for any large gatherings and would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of space for 3 families (14 people ranging from 40-newborn) to have a delightful time together. Highly recommend.

We booked this beautiful Frisco home for a family birthday gathering, and it was an excellent choice. The property is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood that felt both safe and welcoming. The house itself is spacious, well-designed, and ideal for hosting a large group without feeling cramped.The open kitchen made cooking for the family enjoyable, and the layout allowed everyone to spend time together while still having their own space. The pool was a major highlight, no heating needed in the Texas summer, and the game room and ample amount of games available kept the kids entertained, especially since the older ones were able to hook up their own gaming system.We did notice a few minor upkeep items, some plants needed watering and there were a few spider webs here and there, but we took care of those during our stay. It didn’t detract from the overall experience!Overall, this was a great property that provided everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, and memorable family celebration. Would absolutely recommend it for group gatherings, family trips, or special occasions.

Wow! The host was a pleasure to work with. The communication exceeding my expectations. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things you need to prepare a meal. The backyard was the highlight. It was perfect for the whole family. From age 75 to age 1. There is plenty space here in the home. We look forward to returning.

The property is elegant and luxurious as advertised. Knowing it was my son’s graduation, the host pleasantly surprised us with decoration of his university. He certainly went above and beyond. My family appreciated the great overall experience the host provided.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. We had family members from out of town visiting for a graduation. All of the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely accommodating and a great communicator. The kitchen was great too! We were so happy to stay at this location. We had a great time!

We had a great weekend celebrating our son’s birthday with all of our family! The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space indoors and the back patio and pool/hot tub was a total hit with our kids and grandkids! The host was excellent communicator when we were needing assistance with the hot tub! Overall a fantastic place to stay!

The property was amazing so spacious and in a great spot! The backyard was super fun so much to do, also so much room for parking on the road. Also the host were so so kind and helpful, with helping with the hotub, and I even left my jacket and there were very helpful and great with communication getting it back to me. 10/10 will stay again!!

Everything is good

recently had the pleasure at staying at this rental for my fiances 49th birthday. We had friends and family fly in from other states. This place was perfectly accommodating. We were even allowed early check in at no extra cost. Plenty of room, very welcoming, clean, and the game room / media room was an extra added bonus.

In town for U13 tournament. Boys had a blast at this house. Tons of space, bedding, and spots to sleep. The hot tub was great to relax their muscles after multiple games played.

I rented the home with multiple family members from around the country to attend the FCS National Football Championship. The home was clean and comfortable and the owners are very kind, respectful and attentive. Anything we needed and any questions we had were addressed. I would definitely rent again.

The stay was comfortable. The host was in constant communication and helped us and even provided extension even though we didn’t use itWe forgot one jacket and the host went above and beyond to ship that free of cost.We would definitely stay in our nedt trip.

It was a great space for my family’s annual sleepover for the holidays. The kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor play area. Spacious kitchen and living room. House was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Owner was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. A nice welcome note along with homemade cookies was a personal touch.
