Luxurious property in the heart of Porto-Vecchio

Clean and nice house. Few minor upgrades and reprise needed. Ex. handles, snubbedes etc. Very nice town and shopping within walking distance. Fantastic beaches a short drive from the house. Friendly owners.

We have enjoyed Pierre and Pauline villa for a week in July 2024. The house was very clean, neat and tidy, and fully equipped for our pleasure. With a lot of inside and outside spaces, very close to Porto Vecchio in a quiet and pleasant surroundings. The pool was regularly cleaned and located just aside the house. Also the grill was equipped and very manageable just as the kitchen and its tools. A dream place..., indeed!!!

We had a lovely time staying at Pierre and Pauline's house this summer! The house is very close to the main square (walking distance) which is great for kids. Beaches and beach clubs are not far at all 10 minutes by car. The house is close to supermarkets and hypermarkets (Spar, E.LeClerc) which was convenient for buying food. Overall I would recommend this place again and again!

A great villa in an amazing location! Great to be able to walk to local restaurants and shops.

We were two families with youths who stayed in Porto Vecchio for 2 weeks. This house is situated in a quiet place near center of the Town. There is a big supermarked not far away. The house is a little bit old but very clean and spacious. The outside area is also spacious and fantastic with a nice grill and a big pool. Pierre is a very friendly and helpsome host. He came and helped us with information if needed. Pierre and his wife lives in a sommer cabin next to the house. You don't notice them because there is a lot of vegetation between the proporties. We had a wonderful stay in Casa Paulina.

Me and my family (incl. teenagers) really loved the house. It's clean, spacious and set in a perfect spot. A calm neighborhood, no other houses can see into the backyard, but still close to the city with all you need. Not to forget about the pool, perfect in size and temperature. The host Pierre really took care of us and made us feel welcome and safe if anything should happen.

Nice house, clean pool and walking distance to city centre. Pierre took good care of us. We would come back!

We had a great time staying at Casa Paolina. The house, the pool the location was all wonderful. Pierre was very helpful leading up to our arrival and provided great information during our stay. The house needed a few maintenance things to do at the end of season but was very comfortable and a great basket of goodies and a huge bowl of fruit were wonderful welcome gifts. It was great to have Pignon, Pierres very cute dog, visit each day as we have been missing our dog. Our thanks to Pierre, Pauline and Pignon we had a fabulous holiday and look forward to returning.

We loved our stay in Porto Vecchio and Casa Paolina. Pierre was extremely helpful. The villa is huge and a quick walk away from the centre. 4 spacious bedrooms, walk in wardrobe, 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool is large and the views are stunning. The only thing to note is that the wifi does not cover the whole property. In fact it only worked in one of the bedrooms. Other than that 5 stars. Thank you Pierre and Pauline.

Spacious villa which leads out on to a lovely outdoor dining area, pool and garden. Pierre was very welcoming and always on hand should we ever have any questions. The villa is situated very close to the lovely Porto Vecchio (5/10 min walk max) and a short drive to some beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to hopefully returning one day.
