Luxurious Executive Villa 20 mins from Disney, Private Pool/Spa, Games Room

Had a great week in Orlando! House was lovely! Nice and clean! It was a comfortable stay for all of us! The kids enjoyed the pool!! And a quick drive to the parks.

We had a great time, the house provided what we needed. Great communication with management.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came for a week for spring break Disney trip. The location was really convenient. Everything you needed was very close by. Close to Disney parks. Home looked exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. Bed were comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my taste). Hosts were exceptional . Very fast communication. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners were amazing. They were very understanding and pleasant. They provided all the info that we needed and answered all of our questions quickly. The villa was exactly how is was shown in the pictures, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had to contact the property manager about a lock on the sliding door and they were a joy to deal with. They had the lock fixed in no time. Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter and Janis' home. The kids loved the pool. Close to Disney theme parks, SeaWorld and grocery stores and Walmart if you need to grab things. Peter and Janis was also very easy to communicate with. Due to hurricane Ian, we almost had to cancel or delay our trip and Peter and Janis was very understanding of the situation and provided flexibility for options. The home itself could use some updating and a few minor fixes (that we shared with the owners) but none of which bothered us during our stay. We definitely recommend renting this home and will consider renting it again in the future. Thank you Peter and Janis for allowing us to stay in your home for our Florida trip!

I would recommend anyone visiting Florida to take advantage of staying at this property. It makes your stay memorable!

We love this property and the location. Great floor plan. It was clean and they provided the first roll of paper towel and toilet paper. Also a small bottle of dish soap and a pod for the dishwasher and washer, which was all very helpful. Well stocked kitchen, nice pantry to keep food in. Mattress in the front suite could have been more comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clea, also. Check-in was extremely smooth and the coomunication with owner was great! We have stayed before and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Stayed here for a work trip. However the drive to Disney parks was very convenient. Good neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants
