Luxurious 5 Bed/5 Bath 3500sf Villa With Private Pool In Highlands Reserve

There were 2 things that stood out to us. First was the responsiveness of the hosts. As soon as I book this rental communication was clear and quick. The 2nd thing that stood out was the clarity of what everything did in the house. Either everything was labeled or had a sheet near it explaining the function.

My family stayed in January 2026. We had two adults and four teenagers. Kathy and Mike were excellent hosts; very responsive to my emails when I had questions or concerns. The Highlands Reserve community was very nice, clean and felt safe. The home was very spacious and accommodating and had all the necessities of a home. The only thing we had to buy was our toiletries and laundry supplies, which was to be expected. The bedrooms are very large and provided ample space for everyone to spread out. Additionally, the five bathrooms provided a stress-free environment when it came to getting ready in the mornings. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there's also a lounge area with a TV and seating. Overall, the house is large enough for several people without feeling overcrowded. The pool and hot tub were one of my requirements when searching for a home. I paid for pool heat which was recommended during the time of year. I'm glad I did because the pool was very warm, entertaining my kids for hours. The hot tub was a true hot tub separate from the pool. We had no issues, and it was always very hot, which was mandatory after long days at the theme parks. Both were very clean and well maintained.As for proximity to the iconic theme parks, it was approximately a 40-minute drive, however the excitement made it see quicker. There are numerous restaurants in the area, and also a Publix grocery store less than a mile away.I would stay here again. 5/5 stars.

The house was perfect for my family. Nice neighborhood, clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect. Close to the theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. Had plenty of room for the kids and grandkids. The property has everything we needed.

We had two families in the same house 9 in total of all ages. There was plenty of space for everyone and we all loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house for future stays!

Beautiful home and so roomy. Everyone was perfect. Loved the handbook. Came into use many times. Will definitely stay there again. One word sums up this home: PERFECT!!! Hosts were easily able to communicate.

We had a pleasant stay other than a minor glitch with the alarm system. The beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom off every bedroom was a plus for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and we made use of it in preparation of our meals. Neighbors were quiet. Pool and hot tub were delightful. Plenty of TVs for a variety of entertainment space. Garage available but we didn’t use. Centrally located we made day trips to Disney, Universal and the beaches on each coast. Would highly recommend!

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and the outsit was exactly what my family wanted with the layout chairs for everyone in my family next to a great pool and hot tub and plenty of beach towels. Communication was great with the owners. We will stay there again when we go in town. Also, loved it had hangers in closet for our clothes too!

A lovely home filled with everything you need! The pool was like a giant bathtub(we paid the extra fee for the heat). We spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool. The location was excellent. Close enough to Disney ect… but far enough away to avoid the chaos! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! We would definitely love to come back! It was an excellent vacation spot!

Great for families. Lots of room for young children to play and parents to still relax. Good location for theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Hosts are there for full support for all your needs. Excellent location. This house feels like a home. Very welcoming and comfortable.

Everything was as advertised. Great spot with a real hot tub. Perfect for golfing the surrounding area.

The home was huge, spacious and very clean. It met all of our expectations. Everyone had their own space which was incredible for the kids. The outdoor patio space was really nice as well. This is a beautiful home for large families or friends wanting to spend time together. Thank you

I was very impressed with our overall stay. My family of 12 stayed for a week. The property was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the layout of the home. We felt like we were at home. I’ll definitely would recommend this beautiful property to a family or friend. 10 out 10 for my family rating.
