Lovely Villa near Harbour Town For couple

Amazing location and very clean.

We enjoy staying close to Harbor Town so the location was perfect. We could walk to the Harbor Town cafe in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us as a couple. Even a family with one or two small children could be easily accommodated. My only suggestions would be to upgrade to a smart tv and replace the couch with something a little more comfortable and homey. Overall though it is a nice place to spend some time in Sea Pines.

Very clean, convenient with washer & dryer in unit. Beautiful area, with walking/biking paths. We overlooked there was no kcup coffee maker but a drip coffee maker that worked very well. Bring the right kind of coffee. Be aware second floor with stairs as only access. Nice deck for outdoor dining/well shaded.7 minute walk to shops and restaurants at Harbour Towne.Host communicated well and quickly prior to arrival. We had no issues to contact during stay. Overall an excellent experience and we definitely would stay here again!

Check in was easy, great location, spacious for a 1 bedroom! Kitchen faucet drips unless you find just the right place to turn it off. Might save on your water bill if you replace it.

We had a great short stay. The condo was clean, the owner was very responsive and we liked the location to everything Sea Pines has to offer. The place could use a few updates, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will look at this place on future trips.

New location for us in Sea Pines and we liked the biking proximity to everything! Easy to get to Beach Club or South Beach. Owner made sure we were all set for check in and offered great suggestions for dining and shopping. Villa was clean and neat and very comfortable.

Good place to stay

My wife and I stay in Hilton Head annually, typically around the holidays. However, we decided, somewhat last minute, to spend a few days in Sea Pines on the way back from Georgia. Doug’s place perfectly accommodated the two of us and our infant son. The location was secluded enough to be relaxing but less than a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town. The living room and bedroom were more spacious than the photos suggested and the kitchen was equipped enough for some light cooking.We usually rent full homes on Sea Pines but will absolutely seek out or recommend Doug’s property for shorter stays and smaller groups in the future.

We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed while in town visiting my in-laws, and this was the perfect spot for us. Easy to find, great amenities, and clean & comfortable villa. Thank you!

The condo was just the right size for the two of us. Easy access to Harbor Town, restaurants and of course the beaches. Can’t wait to return for more.

Just needs a few updates

The location of this property was amazing, we were able to bike to all of the Sea Pines Resort restaurants. We were able to walk to the lighthouse, and took a boat ride over to Daufuskie. The bed was comfy and the porch was a great bonus.

We had a wonderful trip. This villa is very comfy and has all the essentials. The bed and living room furniture are extremely comfortable and perfect for winding down after a fun day in the sun. Also, the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful!

The unit was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed being close to Harbor Town. Nice view of the lagoon from the 2nd floor unit. It had all the typical amenities you’d expect but be sure to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella Parking was easy. Communication with the host was simple and they were responsive. If we were seeking the same experience, we’d stay here again or recommend it to others.

We were in town for a family reunion in Sea Pines and this property provided the perfect location for my family. It is incredibly convenient to Harbortown and still a reasonable bike ride to South Beach. The villa itself was very clean and well-appointed. The hosts made the pre-arrival process seamless and even accommodated our early check-in requests. During the stay, the hosts were engaging and responsive to any communication we had with them. Overall, this is a fantastic rental and location for couples or small families. The hosts are wonderful and I would absolutely return on my next visit to HHI.

Clean, convenient property. Location for those who want to be close to Harbor Town this is an ideal property. Furnishings need to be updated but everything was functional and adequate. No complaints !
