Lovely Two Bedroom Villamare Condominium New Listing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit but the noise from the elevator kept us up at night. THe locatin and outdoor amenities were great, but the elevator either needs to be repaired or the unit needs soundproofing.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about the condo was very nice except the noise from the elevator mechanical room that is next door, every time the elevator ran you could hear it like it was in the room. I would not recommend this particular unit to anyone else simply because of the elevator noise!!!

The rooms were clean and a lot of little extras were provided, like the little sun care kit(sunscreen, chap stick & lotion - such a nice touch. The property management was very helpful in meeting our needs and I have already referred family here and look forward to returning myself!!

However, it was located directly next to the elevator service room, and anytime the elevator ran, the entire condo vibrated loudly. With small children, we didn't get a single good night of sleep.

Nice condo unit. Did not have a TV channel guide. We left chip clips and a cooler for future guests and other kitchen items. It was close to the elevator but since we were gone most of the time it really did. It matter. It was our third time staying at Villamare. Will definitely be back.

We love Palmetto Dunes but we were a bit unhappy that the condo did not include a weeks supply of little things like dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags etc. The desk staff reluctantly gave us a few more garbage bags but they said the supplies were just to start us off but we needed to buy our own supplies.
