Stayed Jun 26, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for a week in the middle of July. It is definitely a smaller condo especially if you have more than 6 people in your party. The dining room has 4 seats and the living room only sits 5 people. There are no bells and whistles. No beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, (which we knew about) cushions to sit outside. It just adds to the cost of your stay. Also, 2 of the showers have standing water when you take one.Air conditioner was confusing to control. Nice location, easy to walk or bike to the beach access. Quiet area.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Our family have been vacationing in HIlton Head Island, Palmetto Dunes for over 42 years. 38 Water Oaks was a great place to stay. Roomy and pool was very close. Walk to beach a little further than most places we have stayed. We had a good time although we had plenty of rain .

Air conditioner was great and we would rent again. The only downfall was the old car parked to the side where we were suppose to park.
