Lovely & spacious 4th Floor Oceanfront Villa! Great Palmetto Dunes Location!

We've stayed at this property several times and were a bit disappointed in the unit. Bed was super hard and the front windows were foggy and leaked water for two days after a storm. We notified management but aside from a note saying they'd fix it, no action was taken and there was no further communication. This unit could really use a renovation. Overall it was adequate, but given the option, we would not stay here again.

We had a such a fabulous week at the beach. A much needed vacation during COVID-19. The condo was terrific, the beach was not crowded, and the weather couldn't have been better. Island Getaways was very responsive to all our questions and requests. I highly recommend!!

HHI never disappoints. We overall had a nice trip. The condo was a good size for the 5 of us and met our families needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was in a good proximity to the pool and beach. The only complaint I have (as I have also had in the past with other condos) is the cleanliness. Specifically the floors and bathroom cleanliness was not up to par in my opinion. With Covid and our prior experiences at other places, we were prepared to have to clean upon arrival.

We enjoyed our time at Windsor Place. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I thought the pool was heated in October but was not. The condo was very nice but could use a deep clean. Outwardly it looked clean but my socks showed differently. The unit was large with a very nice layout and we loved the views. The bathrooms were not updated which was fine but the shower in the master was very small and hard to navigate. I do want to thank the owner for the heavenly beds. I slept better on those beds then I do at home! Seems like there are elevator issues at Windsor Place since they were down the morning of our arrival (were back up when we got there) and we had to exit an hour early on our move out date before they were to do maintenance on them at 9:00am for the entire day. An owner told us if the door is held open by pressing the button inside the elevator for too long, the elevator shuts down. Hopefully that can be fixed since there are 5 stories. I would rent there again and use Island Getaway.

Overall this was a very nice condo with great amenities and super convenient to the beach. On the down side, the constantly breaking elevator ( we got stuck in the elevator several times), along with the dangerously soft floor in the elevator, and the late week bug infestation of the pool put a damper on our stay and will prevent us from choosing this facility in the future
