Lovely Luxury Villa, Private Pool With Heating, Fantastic Views Over Vineyards

We had a great stay at the house. We were 9 people at the house, and there was plenty of room.Nice area of Istria and many things to see and also not to far from the beach but out of the tourist crowded areas.Really nice place.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it is such a beautiful house and has a lot of space for a big family. Our kids loved especially the huge pool. Thank you Lis!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa in July 2016. Its only a short distance from the lovely hill top town of Buje where there are some great restaurants (and supermarkets). The villa is really well located for exploring the northern part of Istria where there are some amazing places to visit like Grozjan and Momjan, close to a couple of fantastic vineyards (that do tastings at the cellar door) - Kobola and Kozlovic, and of course this being Istria you are never far away from some amazing restaurants! The villa is very comfortable, lovely and clean and tidy, and has wonderful views over the vineyards towards Buje. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had a perfect week in this villa. It is in a stunning location within. The villa is very well appointed, easily offering enough space for two families, a great kitchen, superb bedrooms, and a pool with the most stunning views along with a veranda where we ate all our meals when we weren't out and about. We will definitely stay here again as there is so much of Istria we want to explore and the villa makes the perfect base for both lazy days by the pool and exploring this part of Croatia.

Very beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. Great pool, everything very new and decorated with taste. We spend our first wedding night there and we will definitely come back!

We stayed here in the summer 2013 for 2 weeks. There were 9 of us in all, 4 adults and 5 children. The villa was wonderful, clean, spacious, peaceful, well-equipped and well organised. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The fact there were 9 of us there and it still felt spacious shows what a large and well laid out property it is. The pool is very good for young children, though we would recommend having it heated. The view from the terrace is fantastic and the sunsets were breath-taking. It is a short drive to the nearest supermarket in Buje, and there is also a great pizza restaurant there, in the village square. Day trips were wonderful and manageable with small children, exploring this incredibly beautiful part of Croatia. A trip to the beach at Lanterna is a must as the coast-line is spectacular. Rovinj was also amazing as well as Porec. Motovun and Grozjan are very nearby and are lovely hill-top towns. We aslo spent days just relaxing in the villa, by the pool and bbq-ing, with a chilled glass of wine and watching the sunset. We would recommend a stay at this villa and would happily return here in the future.
